This company gave me great service. They were professional and knowledgeable about the construction business. They even went an extra mile to make sure the streets were clean in front of my construction site. This was an all around company. They can clear your site (removal of tree), prep dirt work for pouring of the concrete slab, frame work etc. ********* was even impressed with their job. Odum Construction is highly recommended.

Odum Construction Company was a blessing to me to work with when I wanted to make some renovations to my home. From assisting me with making my vision become a reality to helping me with cost management, reeling in my creative vision and showing me what my budget could actually afford to taking me to the hardware stores to pick out my materials so we could assure that what I pictured in my head is what I could visualize in front of me. Connecting me with other professionals in areas of renovation such as painting where he knew he lacked experience. Assisting me with selecting the appliances and accents that I needed in each area. He was truly a God sent that assisted me on my renovation journey and I will definitely contact him for future projects that I need around my home as well as referring him to others who visit my home and would like work done.

We would not recommend him! We hired him to clear and get our lot ready to build - we had to call him a few times to get the lot more level, clean up rocks and debris on the road. And every time we called he became defensive. Some other items we had to call him about was the silt fence he had installed had collapsed at a few places and dirt was spilling onto the neighbors property and on the road. We failed the initial storm water inspection, but he did come out and remedy it after we contacted him. Right after that our builder made us aware that standing water on high spots on the property will run into the foundation, so we called him again. He got extremely defensive, and raised his voice to an extreme, that he will not come for every little thing to fix. Well, if he would have done the job correctly to begin with, he would not have to come out. We will have to hire someone else to level the lot to ensure no water will impact the foundation, and to smooth out the drop to ensure power can be installed properly. and off course, the silt fence has collapsed again. Needless to say, he was very expensive defending his price that he knows what he is doing and he will do the work right the first time. What a joke. This was a very expensive learning experience for us. Be aware.
