    My wife took a new car with ****** miles to the dealership with a nail in it.***** the service person said it could not be plugged that was incorrect( I have a picture ) so she said she trusted him and he sold her a new tire. After talking to ***** he offered to give me my tire back and a refund. ****** his boss call 3 days later and said no refund or no tire can be returned. He said the tire was unsafe and could not be plugged it was in the sidewall again I have a picture and it was in the middle of the tire. Then he said my wife should have called me and we should communicate better.The tire did not even match the other 3 new years on the car but he said it was cheaper. I bought 4 new tires for another Nissan car today and will not return to Nissan wolfchase.

    Nissan supposely has fix my vehicle's wheel assembly from a blow out I had. About a month 1/2 of not really driving it, I experience the same thing on which while driving, the wheels could come off and extreme shakes. Very dangerous and risky to drive! I took it back to them and the service advisor said, "We didnt see the issue and sometime we miss things". I'm not sure of the extra vision to dissect the problem. But I was advided that it was finally discovered of the problem. I paid Nissan already through my car insurance to fix the problem but now they want another $900 to fix the issue i been having since day one of taking it to them. Service advisor declares, "it is the other side of the wheel axis now and not what we work on". On 10/10/23 i spoke with assistant manager and service advisor but the two only gave me lack of concern.

    This is Wolfchase Nissans response to the review ID # ****** from ********************:Going back over the recent history on the 214 Nissan Titan truck vin# ***************** owned by ********************:On July 13, 2023, Repair Order #****** customer brought vehicle in and stated that it makes a clicking noise driving over 40 miles per hour. Vehicle milage at the time was ******* miles. ****** check and advise vehicle fell into a ditch and broke wheel studs. Wolfchase Nissan did a free multi point inspection of the vehicle and replaced wheel stud on the passenger side of the truck. No other work was recommended at this time. The cost of this repair was $429.20.On September 20,2023 Repair Order #****** customer brought vehicle in and stated that air is blowing warm, windshield wiper fluid not coming out, exhaust pipe is not level and to change the oil and filter and rotate the tires. ****** check all but oil change and filter and rotate tire and advise. The milage at the time was ******* miles. Wolfchase Nissan did a multi-point inspection and **************** was advised that it needed a heater control value, a windshield washer pump. Customer had filter and oil changed and tire rotated. He declined to have Wolfchase Nissan do any other repairs. He purchased parts to repair the windshield washer problem. The cost of this repair and parts he purchased was $680.74.On October 5, 2023, Mr. ******* called and stated that car was shaking while driving. Since the vehicle had been in a few weeks earlier Wolfchase Nissan had the vehicle towed in at our expense to make sure everything we did was performed correctly. Repair Order #****** was opened, the vehicle mileage at the time of this repair was *******. Wolfchase Nissan did a multi-point inspection and found that the drivers side hub was loose and had internal wea. Mr. ******* was advised, and he said to repair the vehicle. and Wolfchase Nissan replaced drivers side hub assembly. Cost of this repair is $701.53. The 2014 Nissan Titan is ready for the customer to pay and pick up his vehicle.We are sorry if **************** is unhappy but Wolfchase Nissan hasnt done anything accept repair Mr. ******** vehicle as instructed.*********,************************ Manager
