      Purchased a BRAND NEW 2023 YUKON XL SLT in April 2023, it has been in the shop 5 times now due to the engine light coming on and going dead in the middle of the road. The last time I took it in, I told them "this vehicle breaks down on vaction in December, I am blaming you and want a new one." Well, it did, 60 miles **** of Tallhassee, it broke down, stranded for 7 hours with a 6 YEAR OLD WITH MEDICAL PROBLEMS and almost missed Christmas! We were almost killed on the interstate because of oncoming traffic and it would not steer, it just completely cut off. Once I got on the side of the road since they have just been "resetting the system" to make things right instead of fixing the problems and they think I am crazy, I took photos and videos of what it was doing once we were safe! On Star would not help, GM would not help, called dealer and they tried to help but unsuccessful and I ended up having to wait for State Troopers to arrive and take me and my vehicle to a hotel. Uber will not pick anyone up on the side of the road and there were no cars available for rental due to holiday and GM would not give us one. At this point my daughter was emotionally distressed because she doesn't like police, and we had to ride in the back of 2 different state troopers cars. I have now filed a claim with BBB to do a repurchase because ********** said it needed a "TCM" transmission control module, which was on back order and take 4-6 weeks so I had it transferred by wrecker to a local dealer, but Tallhassee deleted all the codes and now it isn't showing up for my local dealer. It has now been in the shop approximately 21 days and I have a brand new vehicle IS 100% PAID FOR and unable to drive! And now since all of this has happened, I am scared to drive it due to everyone just keeps resetting codes instead of fixing the actual problem, even though it is still under warranty. I have emailed eveyone from GM from ***************** to ***************** and filed a complaint and do not see an end.

      We are the selling dealer only. After purchasing the vehicle, *********** has never serviced her vehicle at our location. She chose to take her vehicle to a different dealership for service. She took it in for service with a problem, they cleared the codes before coming to Landers Service. Because of that, we could not duplicate the problem...

      This dealership had my vehicle for 45 days. The advisers were impossible to reach by phone and never bothered to give updates. The only way to get updates was to hope for the best and catch them on the phone, or otherwise you were driving there and having to talk to them in person. On one of the trips, I had to pleasure of dealing with the "manager" and he was a disgusting joke. He was chomping away on a mouthful of peanuts while trying to give me an update on my vehicle. Once my part finally arrived it sat in the shop for over week before they finally took the time install the transmission.

      So this happened May 5, 2023 at approximately 9:41pm . Long story short. My vehicle was at my local LANDERS Buick GMC DEALERSHIP (********* ***********) supposed to be in service shop. My vehicle had been in shop for over a month. Ive called literally every single day checking on my vehicles progress and no one seemed to care. It even got to the point where I had to go up there just to speak with someone because no one comes to the phone. I get a call from the local sheriffs department(Desoto ************************** stated my vehicle has been totaled and the driver is an employee from the Landers Dealership driving my vehicle after hours without authorization. Also involving another vehicle. I have statements from witnesses and also have Action 5 News ********************** ************************ about the situation wanting to broadcast this incident and management on how they are handling the situation. I have been emotionally distraught from losing my vehicle due to negligence and its causing financial problems. Calling it how it is their staff does not care about anyone nor return calls or even try to make things right.

      We are fully aware of the situation and ******************** concerns. we did have an employee steal a car and we filed a police report and we have it. ******************** car was wrecked and we are sorry this happened. We put **************** in a vehicle to drive at no cost to him within 48 hrs. We turned this over to our insurance company and they contacted ****************. After speaking with **************** his attorney called and asked that we have no further contact with **************** and go through them. We regret this happed and this is the first time an event like this has happened in Landers History. we are diligently working to rectify this situation.

      I was traveling back home to *********, ** on Sunday, October 23, 2022. I had an incident trying to avoid a pot hole and had to leave my car at Landers to get fixed because the service advisor informed me that it will take ***** business days before they can get paid from my insurance and they have to wait for my rims to come in. I left on a Tuesday, October 25, 2022, to learn that they fixed my car on Wednesday, October 26, 2022. Which was a waste of gas and time. I could have stayed an extra day, even though I needed to get back to work. Very poor customer service. Fixed my car without waiting for the insurance adjuster and did not call me before servicing my car to let me know what was the problem. The insurance adjuster came on Thursday and my car was ready. They never called me to let me know that my car was ready the insurance adjuster informed me. I called the service manager several times and he never called me back until I spoke to the ** several times. When I did speak the service manager, ************, he was very rude and disrespectful asking what can he do for me to tell me he can't do anything for me. I had to take two days off of work to drive back to *********** to get my car (10 hours drive). They did not accommodate me at all. Then I get on the interstate to drive home my tire goes on flat the tire that was new and replaced. I had to pay an additional $60 to the service truck for assisting me. Got the car back to dealership to learn that the valve stem was not in correctly. Once again no accommodation or reimbursement for their fault.
