i have been going to chuck hutton since i got my car in 2016 for my car service... recently my engine light come they were crowded so i got to toyota on millbranch they say i need a torque converter and they still didnt fix what was wrong with my car it was reading code p0303..so a week later i took it to chuck hutton on mt moriah..they kept it a week i got it back feb 14 with bad news they say i had a blowed headgasket.. so after i refused to pay them 8 thousand to replace my motor i havent heard anything else about my car..my car stop working it hydrolocked on me so ime and my sons father drained the oil out and noticed the oil was jet black so then i said well there not gonna fix it lets drop the oil pan... well my oil pan had jet black oil and it had lumps of oil in it. one guy at chuck hutton said looks like i never had an oil change... so i talked to another mechanis and asked what would have caused the blowed head gasket. he said old oil they may have not been changing my oil... just topping it off and i know old oil all lumpy will have your engine over heating which will cause a blowed head gasket...just bad business i still have the oil in jugs and a video of how it looked coming out my car and us pouring it in a jug... the man at chuck hutton was saying its gonna be jelly because the oil was mixing with the antifreeze.. i said ok but it wasnt showing when i checked my oil on top and it have no business being black like it was... if u like i will send you a video of it... but now i am out of a car because of chuck hutton...this is not the 1st time the 1st time they had put tooo much oil and it was leaking out and i had to go back up there... i feel as if they should replace my car. but theyact as if its not there fault i kept my oil change by them like i should some days they were to crowded so we did it at home i just had an oil change in sept 2021 so my oil shouldnt have been that black..

in doing my research here's what i found. Ms M**** was in our store in February 2021 for an oil change the next time she was in our store was February 2022. i can't speak on where or if she had her oil changed but it wasn't here. My research also says she was at our ****** store with an engine problem. they did a diagnosis, then she brought the car to us. our diagnosis was she had a blown head gasket. that happens when a car over heats as a result of the over heating and the gasket problem the coolant leaks in the engine gets into the oil and creates what looks like jelly. this happened to Ms M****'s car. we didn't service her car for a year not sure why she thinks we owe her something.

yes i had my oil changed at a friend shop on tires plus on ************************************************.in june i had sat in line so long and never got to at chuck hutton so i went there and i was standing there when they did it and i had it changed it again in sept by a friend of mine*************************** you can call both and they will verify it. my car was still running great no issues... my car engine light came on and it said p0303 so we did a tune up thinking that what it was once we did a tune up it kept saying po303...so i took it to toyota because they deal with toyotas... the man there who checked me in i told him what was wrong and what was put on the car. i told him i dont lke lights on please fix my car... so i sat in the waiting room 3 hours and roderick******* will tell you... they call me and tell me i needed a torque converter.it will cost me 2,400 and that i could ride on that with no problem at all. i said ok so what about the po303 i have with my car its a bad firing problem...he said oh im sorry let me send it back and i sat another hour..he call me to back to the front and said can u get the man who put your plugs and coils in to see what the problem is.. i said no he dont know thats why i am here.....so he said then thats its my torque converter but when i called him back to schedule to fix the torque converter...he then asked why thats not gonna help i told you you can ride on that for years (this the man at toyota off shelby drive....so my brother told me to bring it to his job and they kept it a whole week and when i finally heard back they told me then it would be 8,000 to fix my car i didnt find out til i got there that meant a motor.i cant affrod 8,000 and a car note at all... but i do know that chuck hutton was changing my oil every 5 mths i only missed 2 times coming to them and i made sure i got my oil changed ... and my oil will not have lumped up the way it have if i wasnt changing my oil..... if i wasnt getting an oil change i would have been adding oil to it... so when i cam home i did an oil change and it was fine til i say a lump come out.. so we then dropped the oil pan thats when i saw all the black lumped up oil... ok so if the antifeeze and oil mixed yes it will be jelly but it was not supposed to be that black and clotted oil is a sign of never having and oil changed period... i know about cars my dad was a certified mechanic. if you all will like to see the videeo and pics i have i will send and i also have the oil to in jugs... its just sad because this is not the first time. the first time i had oil leaking in my driveway and i had to go back up there and he said he put to much i over looked it and kept coming because i need my vehicle and i was trusting them with my car.... i am use to standing and watching cant do that there so u really dont know whats going on behind closed doors...but i do know i did nothing wrong to my vehicle for it to do that i was the only driver and they wont take responsibility for it at all and that is sad....and after i brought my car to them after leaving toyota on *************** . chuck hutton on mt moriah told me that i had a blowed head gasket that toyota knew it and didnt tell me.. but i do know old clotted oil will make your engine over heat and cause a blowed head gasket...anybody know me know i do not play about my vehicles....

absolute garbage service department. they never answer calls or give calls back. have had my vehicle for 26 days(19 working days) after initially telling me 10-12(i assume business days). the car is still not fixed and it only had a minor throttle body issue. avoid their service department at all costs.

the customer had an intermittent problem, which is one of the hardest things for a service dept to work on. it doesn't show up all the time so we have to start the car and hope the problem shows it self. did we keep the customers car a bit to long ( maybe ) but we were trying to do good customer service, which is fix his problem. we charged him for an oil change, he was not charged for the time spent trying to find a problem.

your oil changes cost 574 dollars? also, how does that even begin to address the fact that you do not bother to call customers back or answer any calls?

the total bill was 574.19 however the oil change was a small part of that. going down the repair order here is a list of what we did.
1. oil change
2. diagnose why the vehicle was making sounds as though it wasn't getting gas
3. performed 2 flat repairs ( only charged for 1 )
4 replace wiper blades
5. preform 4 wheel alignment
6. clean throttle body, clean fuel injectors and intake fuel system service.
as far as the call backs PLAESE EXCEPT MY APOLIGES we are a very large shop and i wish i could tell you we are perfect
