BancorpSouth is the worst bank to bank with!! My bank got bought out by them and once it got bought out they add additional fees to your acct like additional overdraft protection which you have the option to either sign up for or not never did I once sign for that cause with my old bank they never offered that unless they checked your credit to do so in orders for it to be approved or not I signed up for this protection and not they trying to charge me 500 + in fees accumulated in my acct! I will not pay because with my old acct if I have ever overdraft it was because I used my routing and checked the number on some bill that will charge me an NSF charge of 25.00 this is how BancorpSouth get their money is charge people these charges so they can play the blame game of you going to pay for it the only reason I'm dealing with them is that my bank got bought out by them. But now that I have the false charges that's how they keep you and mess up your credit! I will not pay for something that I didn't agree to nor said yes to. I reached out via ******* hoping to get a resolution but that made matters words cause again they were expecting me to pay it when they signed me up for this automatically. Cause I never agreed to overdraft protection nor did I ask cause I never asked with my old bank. They are creating false charges just so they can make their money.

The issue has been resolved with the customer.
