    I took my car to them to check an oil leak when I walked in the lady at the front desk was busy dealing with her dog after that a guy walked in with the diagnostics that was done on my car he told me what was wrong and that he would contact my car max care 2 days went by and I heard nothing so I gave *********** a call no file had been claimed so I gave Cordova Automotive a call ***** answered and was very rude yelling at me and after I told her she was not gonna yell at me like a child she hung up in my face 5 mins later I received another call from Cordova Automotive and it was a man he told me his exact words he didn't want my car in his shop I felt very violated from the moment I stepped in there because everybody was so funny acting! And for him to call me and tell that in my ear it's just not right! I could've called back after her hanging up in my face but I didn't and for them to call me back and be as rude as they were when I was there is just beyond me! Please help!

    After 4 visits, same problem, still not repaired!! First, they said I needed a new starter. They replaced,(2days).Sounded exactly the same as it did when dropped off. Told me to bring it back, may be a SHIM? Returned. Told me they did not hear it and I was holding starter too long. Or maybe, my imagination. (Insulting) I have been starting same way for years? (1 day). Said bring it back. Returned again. Kept my car 4 days. Took in Tuesday. Called Thursday morning and said they were just getting started on it. Told them I must have by Friday. (closed on weekends) Still not repaired. Told me, must be ignition switch. Will have to order part. Will call you when we get it. Called them a week later, still no part. Called the next week, 3times, not answering my calls. Went there, in person. First said, part discontinued but, will check around. Found part. Said it would be $1150. Had already paid over $800, (cash discount from $945). I questioned, maybe it was not starter, at all? Just ignition switch? And, I would like to have my old starter part, supposedly replaced with a new one. (Guessing they used a rebuilt part) They said, NO, we can't allow giving your old part back to you. Got "heated". Said, "Ma'am, we did not break your car"!! I said, "well, you did not fix it either", expletive. Owner wasn't there, be in next day. Called 3 times, next day. Not answering my calls. Returned to shop. Owner, ***************************, ignored me, 15 minutes. Then, said, "how can I help you", as if, he did not know me. I said, "I am trying to give you an opportunity to 'make this right'. And, do not even say, 'just bring it back'! I want at least half of my money back". Told me, NO WAY! And, did not appreciate the way that I spoke to his employees. Told him, I did not appreciate the manner, in which, I have been treated either!! Expletive. So now, I want a FULL REFUND!! They had my car for a total of 8 days, intermittently. And, I spent $160, in LYFT rides. The previous owner, ***, VERY FAIR!!
