      The driver called to state he was a minute away from arrival, he was ten minutes. In addition, it was raining. Needless to say, I was chilled and drenched from waiting outside. I never use their services again

      Would give zero stars if possible. Literally never have a good experience with this company. Or any cab company. Its time to switch to uber. 3 of the last 4 times ive booked the cab hasnt shpwed up or even called then claims i no showed when ive waited for over an hour, calling multiple times to confirm its still coming. Absoulute trash

      Called to say they arrived and within 30 seconds sent a text saying it was cancelled. ****** ***** left stranded. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone as it’s become the regular. Terrible customer service. **** **** ******** **** ** ******** *** **** ********

      ** year old in wheelchair stranded and incurs $400 in expenses. I pre-ordered 2 trips (3 days in advance) for a van taxi to transport my *********** ****** and his power wheelchair. After the first trip was messed up (they sent a regular car and not a wheelchair van), I double-checked the 2nd trip (to the airport) a day in advance. Both times, the dispatcher assured me it would be “no problem, no problem”. When no ride arrived as scheduled, I called the dispatcher who said they can send a cab in 20 minutes but they had no van available for a wheelchair. We had no choice but to take the regular cab to the airport and leave the wheelchair in the hotel. This resulted in costs of over $400 to ship the wheelchair to Toronto. I contacted the General Manager, Simar S****, who took no accountability for our troubles. It took him several weeks to reply to my email, and he would not even give me the courtesy of a return phone call. He was ************* and provided two different, conflicting excuses so I know it was ***** **. He did not even provide a decent apology let alone reimburse our costs for the rides or the wheelchair transportation. ***** ***** ** ** ******* ******* ** ** ******

      UNACCEPTALBE SERVICE for **-year-old in ********** results in over $400 in costs.       0 stars . There should be a red star for worst company I booked a car half hr in advance and included it was a ** appointment and necessary to be on time . My appointment was for 9:20 its now 10:03 I'm on hold and still. No cab. I have had no choice but to cancel my ********** appointment that I have had to wait a year and a half for .       I would give less then one star if I could, do to the drivers arriving but leaving 2 seconds later I had my ** **** *** elder with me, way to go I had to walk her home in her wheelchair great job at losing customers I for one will never call you services again and this wasn't the first but was last time........

      Today while I booked a cab it was showing that there are no cabs around me so it’ll take 27 mins , to Connect me to a driver. After 15 mins I got a call that my cab is waiting outside so I said him to wait for 2mins ( NOTHING SHOWED ON THE APP THAT MY TAXI HAS ARRIVED) . Then I went to my destination, after paying my bill I said the driver , can he wait here for 2 mins I will just drop the food and then I’ll take him to superstore. The driver denied very rudely and he was saying he waited for me outside my house and I didn’t showed up on time that’s why he won’t take me to superstore . * *** **** * **** *** **** * Your app didn’t gave me any notification that my taxi arrived or not, I said you to wait for 2 mins but I took less then A MINUITE . He mocked by nodding his head and went away . I really used to like this taxi service a lot and I always recommended this taxi service to my friends as well , but after back to back rude and ****** behaviour . I’m really upset and I stopped using kami cab the moment when I I face back to back rude behaviours , and also not recommending my friends any more in future. The drivers name was - Gurwinder And his driver id is - *****

      The customer service representative was very rude. It was the worst experience I have ever had. Had to wait for too long as they kept extending my cab time and he was shouting at me on top of that.
