      This company is a **** -- they will not let you cancel and will continue to charge you. Just look at all the reviews on here and on **** and recent ****** reviews. It says it all. STAY AWAY.

      DO NOT TAN HERE!!!! THEY WILL GIVE YOU MISINFORMATION TO LOCK YOU INTO CONTRACTS AND SELL YOU ON THE ABILITY TO "FREEZE" YOUR ACCOUNT AND THEN CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD FULL PRICE WITH NO ABILITY TO GET A REFUND!!!The customer service at ********************** is terrible!! I signed up for their Flex package which has the ability to "freeze" if you don't want to use it for a couple months up to a year. I froze it back in December 2022 in person, and the employee didn't give me my 'freeze form' to sign before leaving so I got charged for both January and February 2023 without tanning there. To top it all off, the employees at the store blamed me for not properly freezing my account with them back in December, despite a 25 min conversation with the employee at the time, where I double-checked to ensure that my account was frozen.They refuse to issue refunds and do not take accountability for their employees mistakes. The only way you can contact a person with any control is through email which you will not get a response from until months later (I emailed them back in November 2022 and just got one back February 10 2023 saying there is nothing they can do). The employees and manager of the salon don't even get provided a contact number, they have to go through email as well.

      ZERO STARS - Worst company ever. The staff working out of the locations are amazing but the owners and those at head office are running a massive scam. I got notice I was moving out of the province and looked to see if there was another location I could transfer to. There was none as they only operate in BC. The staff said I had to contact head office to see what my options were. H.O said regardless of my reason I would have to give 31 days notice and pay $300 plus tax. This was April 10th. April 27th they emailed me a link to pay the cancellation fee and a form to fill out and send back because I was out of town and couldn't come in person. I then also got covid which didn't help matters. I paid the $315 and emailed the signed and dated cancellation form April 28th. I finally went in with the paper copy to the PoCo location to deliver in person and they had me sign a 2nd form and told people everything should be fine and my last payment would be the May one. We left BC May 20th and arrived in Alberta May 24th. On June 10th I then get an email saying I owe for June and that the cancellation form I did in April they weren't excepting because I did it via email. Now it's been sent to collections. Do not use them. They make everything super difficult. I guess I should have just gone down to their office in person when I was back in town and had Covid.

      DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They will ***** you and not cancel your policy until you pay fee's that we're racked up when your account was supposed to be frozen. I received a collections notice from them even though they had all my banking information in their system. I have been trying to cancel my membership for a year now and no one will do it. They automatically un froze my account without notifying me and are charging me every month. I have not been to Sunscape tanning since 2020 and they are still charging me!!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED There is no phone number to contact head office everything is dealt by email.

      Do not sign contract here. They will not process cancellation. They will keep charging you till you change your card number and the only way to get a refund is to have your bank charge back the money **** *****.

      Mr. ***** contacted our customer support department in July 2021, claiming to have cancelled his membership in December 2020 and requesting a refund for the dues from that period. The agreed to cancellation terms in his membership agreement, required that a cancellation form be completed 31 days in advance of final billing, at which time both a paper and email confirmation copy are provided as receipt. Mr. ***** did not complete his cancellation, and therefore unable to provide any proof of cancellation. Despite the fact that this was not brought to our attention for over 7 months, and all charges were charged directly in accordance with his membership agreement, we agreed to waive his final months charges, plus provide a $200 in-store credit, to which he declined.
