    **** ******* ****** **** *********** ************** Rude *** ******* staff and ownership . They have not provided what I paid for in full, have not once apologized and refuse to refund my money. I am a *********** *** very small business selling streetwear and handmade products. I ordered some shirts for a client and an event, pending a due date which was made very clear. As I was on a deadline, this company assured me they could meet the demands of the quick turnaround where others I have worked with in the past were backed up with workload. I provided clear instructions in email as to what I wanted and they agreed. Company refused to provide comprehensive pricing and service breakdown on their invoice, but arbitrarily gave a blanket sum without particulars, refusing me when I asked. There were several errors with mockups and invoicing. Took over a week to finalize order due to their repeated mistakes. When I received shirts, inside labels were not heat pressed like I ordered as they decided to silk screen instead to reduce their costs. Ink bled right through the shirt and logo could be seen on the outside (print was supposed to be on the inside). As a result, I lost revenue and business that were dependent on delivery of these items that weekend. As soon as I noticed the quality issue, I emailed GWG asking for a refund. They denied any responsibility, claiming that I didn't specify what I needed (even though it is in writing). Owner showed up at my workspace unannounced, ************ arguing while I was in a meeting. He took the shirts with him. When I asked for a refund again the next day, owner shouted at me on the phone, telling me I'd have to take him to court, and then sent an email denying any of the interactions when I clearly asked for a particular service (please see attached screenshot stating the type of service that was promised). I am out a large sum of money and do not have what I ordered.
