My roof was leaking from one spot during rainy days; he came and looked at my roof and told me I have to change my entire shingle and flat roof. He changed my roof on 11 Aug 2018, charging $5350.00, giving 10 years workmanship warranty, and promising no more leaking in the same spot of the roof again. But, in the first rain, my roof started to leak from the same spot. I called him and he came with one can of tar that went to the roof and then he said if I come next time I will charge you and there is no warranty for this issue. He also accused me I brought someone and may put a nail in my roof then there is no more warranty for this issue. His contract gave me 10 years workmanship warranty. I have still the same leaking problem. I brought ****** ******* ******* in Dec 2019, they spent 45 minutes on my roof to see if they can fix it but they sent me a letter by email with all the details that anyone has done this roof is wrong in both flat and shingle part and all have to be removed and replaced by a new roof in both shingle and flat part. they told me they can't repair it. I spent even more money to fix it but I can’t fix it. The 3rd time that I called him to come to fix my roof he started yelling and fighting with me on the phone and I decided not to call him anymore. I spent $1050 more and another $2500 to fix the issue by other people, I couldn't.
