            Metal Roofing installed on July 3rd 2020. I paid $21.356.57 I was NOT told that the snow load could rip the gutters away from the home and should also install snow hooks to stop the problem. I am ** ***** *** and had no idea I even needed snow hooks, in fact I still do not know what they are. Dante D******** from the company told me I should have asked to have them installed that they are an extra like a roof rack on a car. I think that he at least should have mentioned them to me and tell me how much extra the snow hooks would cost.. I have not heard back from him *** ******** * ** *** ***** ** *****. I now have a company coming Monday to repair and replace the parts that need replacing. I think Madge Roofing should refund my extra cost at the very least. I ** ** * ***** ****** *** now have to face extra expense.
