I have been waiting for my order to arrive. Ordered on Thursday November 24th, shipping said arrive before Dec 11th. With no sign of a package i contacted customer service and received the following today..We received your order#. Unfortunately, we are currently out of stock of the item you requested.We have canceled your order and refunded the charge to your original method of payment. It may take a few business days for your credit card to process the refund.We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. At this time we are unsure if or when this style will be restocked as our Design Team likes to keep us on our toes. We recommend checking back on our website or signing up for our newsletter for new product updates and drops.Thank you for your patience and understanding. Have a wonderful day! When were they going to tell me? Had I not contacted them, I would still be waiting and wondering. This was a gift was supose to be for Christmas. Great product, horribe service!Review from Sandra L

NO 1h GRACE ****** TO CANCEL ORDER. ONCE AN ON SALE ITEM ORDER IS MADE, YOU MUST ACCEPT GIFTCARD. LIMITED CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND UNRESPONSIVE I emailed numerous times regarding issue and after initial response, I have not heard back after 3 days. Issued another email request on their site 2 days ago and still have not heard back. Incident: I made a mistake with my order over Black Friday sale and contacted kit and axe immediately after the purchase to request to cancel the order. On shopify it notifies me the status of the order and the item was not packaged or shipped. I hear back couple days later indicating the only option is to get a gift card refund. The purpose of my order was because I wanted to use up a gift card and I did not want another gift card. I am in shocked theres no 1h or 24h grace ****** for cancellation of orders and forces clients to accept giftcard. Once Im done with this gift card bs I will never shop from here again.Review from Thomas T

I ordered a bed and mattress for my son from there affiliate onykit and waited 30 days as they said it could take around 20 to get. They don't reply to any emails at all there is no contact numbers so the customer service is horrid. But feels like a scam and theft they took my money and ran. iam going to be calling my bank and the authorities about it. I wanted my items but if not i at least better get my money back. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone. The businesses are connected as they have the same logo as well as based out of the same address. I will no go away till i get my items or my money. I purchased from kit and Ace on their black Friday sale , at no time during the process of the sale were the items marked FINAL SALE! I later discovered in VERY SMALL print in light grey on the web home page so you quite readily MISS this states,.. final sale. The item was a gift and is too big !! Now I am , stuck with a dress that I don't want NOR does the person I was gifting to, and its a complete waste of money!! I also ordered a second dress for myself and customer service stated they could not refund when it was also too big. I too will never purchase from this company again as its misleading to the consumer not to be upfront on final sales. When I wrote to CS they stated that it was in their fine print and I should have read this prior to my purchase . The best they could offer was a gift card as their system cant do refunds on sale product* ***** ** * ***** ** **** . This should clearly be marked on each item in the online sales process. I feel ****** *** and and completely misrepresented in the purchase. ****** ***** ** ** **** ****** ***** ****** * I am flabbergasted that this is considered appropriate and professional and would never take advantage of my client base the way Kit and Ace has chosen to do so.!Kit and Ace Response

Here is my response. I used to buy many items at kit and ace. I alway buy medium shirts. I bought some medium shirts. Yes on sale. But I think companies put items on sale to sell them. These shirts were too small. According to one of your reps they admitted this is a smaller cut … maybe let folks know that the sizing is different then all your other sizes. When I reached out I was told about your policy. In my and probably any reasonable person opinion if you’ve been shopping at a store and always buying one size for it suddenly not to fit is odd. So your rep offered me a gift certificate then the next day I reached out for a full refund. Thus I expected the refund. When I got the gift certificate vs a refund I was told that I getting the certificate was a one time special offer again I was not really impressed as the sizing changed. I said I was supposed to get s full refund emails back and forth no you weren’t sir ect ect so I had to go back to my emails and find the one saying I was getting a full refund send it back. Then the customer service person emails me back saying I would get a refund for three shirts I sent back 4 so again I needed to go back through my email. *** *** ********* ******* **** **** * ** *** ***** *** ***** Each and every time I was told of your ******** policy on returns. *** ******** **** don’t change your sizing. It’s a little ************ to sell something on one product run in one size and then put something on sale and re size it. I asked to speak with a supervisor given the person I was dealing with did not review the communication about your smaller sizes, did not read their correspondence on a full refund. Got the number of shirts I sent back wrong. ********* **** Suffice to say don’t re size items and then when people buy the items expect them to keep it. Don’t make mistakes on the number of returns. ******* * ********** *** ***** ****** *** ***** *** ***** ** ******* ** ***** ** * ****** ** **** ***** ** ********* Anyways best of luck to you.
