Very impressed with Pioneer Plumbing. They responded in a really timely manner for an urgent request. Very customer- focused from initial request through to completion of service. Pioneer responded promptly to my blocked drain issue, same day service although it was something we could have lived with for a a few days. The young plumber was pleasant, efficient, and resolved the problem in a timely fashion which took a lot of hard work in a cramped space.I was gobsmacked by the rates plumbers charge these days but appreciate how the Pioneer plumber hustled to keep the time as short as possible.Review from Marieka G

Excellent service start to finish on my bathtub faucet/shower fixture. Prompt and courteous office staff; I able to schedule a quick appointment (though it was not an urgent situation); plumber arrived on time and was very efficient -- also checked some other faucets I asked him to look at. He showed me the problem with the faucet/shower connection and gave me options about repair/replace. Very helpful and professional. This is definitely my go-to plumbing company!!Review from James M

We had a drain pipe from our upstairs kitchen leaking into our downstairs office from a large crack just above the concrete floor slab in a very awkward position. Pioneer were extremely efficient. I sent pictures, their manager reviewed and confirmed they could fix. Their plumber Paul turned up within one hour with all the necessary parts preassembled. They estimated 2-3 hours but Paul completed in one hour. Their rates were very reasonable. Excellent work. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again.Review from Theresa L

We had a tub full of water and gross debris. Pioneer arrived within the hour and snaked the drain, which was plugged about 20 feet down in a major way. It took about 30 minutes to clear the mess. We now have a hair catcher that will hopefully prevent a recurrence. Pioneer was fast, professional, and effective; we highly recommend them!Review from Robert B

Hello All,, A great job was done by *****, of Pioneer Plumbing, on 23 May/23. He very efficiently changed a Hot Water Tank in a ******************. The entire job operation was very efficiently managed. ***** himself was friendly and courteous as all employees of Pioneer have been. He called ahead with a projected arrival time and drove in right on time. He explained the job in suitable detail. When the affair was wrapped up, he explained what had been done and how to operate the new device. Further, he assured me, that in the event of difficulties, I could call him for assistance.
