    My family and I heard a sound and was unsure of the source. Through process of elimination we looked at all of the appliances operating. Though nothing was evident, we decided to have a heater technician check in case. But we were in covid lockdown and waited until. When we turned on the heating system, there wasn't any sound and the heating systems operable. Just for due diligence, we contacted KC Plumbing and Heating and the technician H*** checked the heating system and found nothing wrong nor did he near any sound on November 15 2022.. But for some reason decided to tinker with the boiler and increased the psi by 20 which slowed down the heat to the top floor. We asked the company to return the psi to factory settings and the new technician came on November 29th and decided to dismantle the boiler and replace multiple parts which were unnecessary. I heard him speaking to someone over the phone saying many parts were replaced. and in doing so broke the sensor. I was told that the company would send their senior technician, H***, who told me over the phone he would repair the boiler on next visit (December 8 2022). But he came to take picture and said he the boiler was sensor for zone one was no longer operable and he would have to create a plan re-do the entire boiler system and left with the cost of it. I called the company and said H*** did not come prepared to make repairs but tell me the boiler system as incorrectly set up. The manager, Katrina, told me that they were going to sever ties and leave me ******* *** *** **** * ****** ******* ** ** ******** *** *******. She tried to spin that the boiler was inoperable before their technicians arrived which is false.

    I would like to Thank KC’s Plumbing for the Excellent, Experienced, Professional, Responsive , friendly , honest Service Repair completed at my Fathers Home in ***** **** BC June 27/2021 by Professional Tech Vinchenzo . I greatly appreciate he was able to come out on a Sunday & during a heat wave . Excellent Job , I recommend KC’s Plumbing LTD ***** *********** **

    Thank you again to KC's Plumbing ! Vincent called and returned the next day June 28/2021 to install a new part required for the sump pump, preventing a potential flood . Excellent service and completed on one of the worst days of the heat wave, so grateful ***** **
