I reached out to Avon Pest Control to check my concern for bedbugs in my apartment. The treatment itself was very effective - I noticed a significant reduction in the number of bed bugs within a few days. The exterminator came back for a follow-up visit to ensure that the infestation was completely eradicated, and he even offered to do another treatment if necessary (which thankfully wasn't needed).Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Avon Pest Control. The staff was friendly and professional, and the treatment was effective and affordable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with a bed bug infestation.

Had an emergency on the day before Christmas, found a rat in our house. Called Gerry M*** at Avon and he was able to come the same day in the afternoon and checked the entire house. He then explained in detail what he was going to do, placed over 15 rat traps and they worked perfectly. Caught the rat and he came back and plugged the hole where he or she came in and removed the body and the traps. Considering the holidays and the urgency we are very grateful to Gerry and can highly recommend him. If we ever have any other pests that need to be taken care of we will only call Gerry, he did an outstanding job. ****** **Review from Venus L

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Garry! It's rare nowadays to get that kind of prompt, reliable, trustworthy service, with a personal touch. I had a big problem with yellow-jackets nesting in an outer wall of my house, and it needed quick attention as some of the bees were finding their way into the house. Garry responded to my requested quote within minutes by email and phone. His quoted price was at least $50 lower than the other quotes I received. Garry was very polite and confident about solving the problem during our phone call. He came within 15 minutes of the call and completed the job thoroughly and diligently. He came in an unmarked truck, and his attire was neat and professional. From time of phone call to completion of job was only 1 hour. Amazing, professional & prompt services has provided for our rental house. Our tenant called on long weekend about bed bugs which they found in 2 bdr. We researched better business bureau to find out about accredited pest control company and ended to call Dr M*** during late hrs. He responded the call even late hrs. He discussed over the phone whole process/procedure. Next day morning they arrived on time . First of all they did consultation & than very minimal preparion in theur supervision. Did very thorough service & eliminated bed bugs in just one visit with 6 month warwnty. Nothing discovered after 3 weeks. We & our tenant were in so panic but Avon Expers gave us 100% assurance of free call back guarantee if needed in future. We highly recommend Avon pest control team to try or get second opinion for right direction.
