    The first concern was when I brought in my 2014 civic si for a wheel alignment a few years ago. The service advisor *********************** had informed me it would take about two hours. But I had waited about 5 hours before becoming very frustrated due to an upcoming exam the next day and I needed to study. I might have been a bit rude to ******* when asking why the service was taking so long but I had apologized to him at the end of the service. After the service was done, within a month, my slave cylinder started leaking fluid and my clutch pedal didnt work at all. I was not able to put my car in gear, hence my car was not drivable until it was fixed.My second concern was on May 18th 2024, when I got ******* again as my service advisor. I came in for a maintenance service for my 2022 civic. After the service was done ******* told me he had walked around my car to have a look and found a dent on my door. Im sure my car is in mint condition because I had scratches and dents touched up recently and I have receipts to prove it.He informed me it was probably from parking beside somebody and they carelessly slammed the door into my car. If that is the case then there should be paint of the other car on my car, but there isnt anything. Also when I checked in at Honda, they did not walk around the car with me to do an inspection for any current damages on my car and **** it down. I find it very suspicious that a service advisor is inspecting my car when he has no business to be around my vehicle.I find this to be unacceptable and I do not feel safe leaving my vehicle in the care of your dealership.Pray you dont **** off *********************** at Richmond OpenRoad Honda or your car will have plenty of problems after your service!
