** **** **** ********* Stay away from this dealership and their ***** practises!This dealership had a 2018 used car advertised on their website. Family and I went in to test test drive the vehicle. We liked the vehicle and were interested in negotiating a deal on the car. Sat down with the salesman and the "Manager" The manager asked us how we were going to pay for the car and we advised them we were going to pay cash. He told us we could not pay cash for the car and the only way we could purchase the car was to finance through the dealership at 8.5%!!!We couldn't even buy the car at sticker price with cash or through my own financing! No where in the add did it say "Financing only" This seems like ***** advertising! Felt like a ******* used car dealership! I'd avoid this dealership.Review from M. K.

No customer loyalty. Horrible post sales experience! I had purchased 4 vehicles from this location. 2.5 years after I have picked up my last vehicle, I received a bill from VW finance which was supposed to have been covered when I purchased my last car. This was reflected on my credit as well. All this unbeknownst to me and after 12 years of being a loyal customer, 4 new cars, numerous referrals. Called Kayla, Finance manager, who said will get back to me right away. She never did. Calling to follow up, she refuses to take the call. Sent emails. Reception claims she does not have a voicemail! Seriously! Well that is how you lose customers in sales and service as I will take my car to a different location for service now. All this for $300! I had spent over 150 k at this dealership. The money a dealership spends to get customers to the door and the time and effort to keep customers is a lot more than that! No more referrals to this location! Very bad experience. My first dealing with them was in April 2017. They gave me a quote for **** *********** and I accepted the offer. I was waiting for the paperwork. Then the sales manager came in and told me that they have made a mistake. They changed the sale price by $800. So I just walk out and crossed the street and bought a ***** *****. My second experience with them was in September 2021. Again, everything was perfect until the sales manager comes in. They showed me the 'invoice' price and didn't offer me any price even though they told me that they would give me a big discount on the **** ****** ******** ******* I told them I got a good deal from another dealer. But they chose to not believe me and called the other dealer to ask if they give that price to me. They were almost ending my deal because of that. So I ended up buying the car from the other dealer. Long story short... It looks like they have some nice salespersons but not good managers in this dealer. I bought ** before and have never seen this approach. It's very bad for the brand. Absolutely the last place to buy ** in the lower mainland.
