********** *********** They sent us renewal documents with a 30% increase of payment 3 weeks before renewal, around Christmas, and guy was on holiday. Transferred to another company, way cheaper and the took a payment out when contract was over!these people are thieves!!

Absolutely brutal company, I never in my life have had to actually look at loan companies but due to pandemic **** ** **** ****** **** ** ** ** ***. I called and spent 1.5hr over 2 calls and provided the preliminary details that were asked. I was told there would be approx $450 appraisal needed from their people...ok fine and then I was told I would get a complimentary formal quote in my email the next day. No quote, instead I have a lady named Bev that is actually ********** me. Email, phones, texts and I'm talking about all hours of the day including 11pm at night. No quote, following up is one thing being completely unprofessional and ********** ****** ** ******** NO THANKS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PERIOD

Terrible business practices. Our mortgage was up for renewal on 08/01 and per our contract last year there was an amount for payout. Turns out that isn't correct we have to wait for who they sold the contract to, to approve the amount even though our contract is with Alpine and stated the amount required. Alpine Credit was notified end of May / mid June that this would be paid out this year and the formal request for payout amount was sent last week of July by my lawyer, it's like everything was sent to a blackhole. Now my lawyer and myself are playing phone tag with countless Alpine payout managers / clerks trying to get the amount so we can pay them out as the funds are sitting in trust with the lawyer. Currently on day 7 of the calls with no answer as of yet. I have pushed them to take it up the ladder to get a sign off so we can send the money in trust until their holder checks in (seems as if he has gone to find himself). The amount of run around and excuses to delay the payout is nothing but a stall on their part so they can collect extra fees without any thought to the impact on the customer. I would never do business with them again.

It cost me almost ****% at end of the day with legal fees and penalties. They charged me over $*** for a *********** mortgage. Stay away from them. There are much better options available.

***** ****** Alpine credits have many fees they hide from you untill the end .. you don't get the amount you were promised !! Would be nice to know in advance ..

At the heart of a pandemic , they were nice enough to charge NSF fees, over and over. At at historic low interest in canada alpine helping my family out with 11% financing. ****** * ** ***** ** ***. NO WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING

Completely disappointed in this company! I have recently gone through a series of events that had put me off work for about a month. They had a payment coming out on the 1st of the month and I had contacted them to change it to the 6th, a 5 day difference in which they had responded no. I then have a 125 dollar NSF from them as well as 45 NSF from my bank! So they made my situation much worse for me instead of just changing the date it got taken out by 5 days. Almost 200 dollars in NSF and being a ****** ****** **** ***** ** ****** ** ********* *** * ****** *****! I definitely advise any one considering this company to ****** there reviews, I should've read those before signing with this heartless company!
