My Kenmore upright freezer stopped working so I booked an appointment with Maple Leaf Appliance Repair. The tech arrived in a timely manner and clearly explained what the issue was and came back later the same day with the required equipment to repair it. Turns out that it required a few additional steps but luckily the technician was well prepared and had those parts on hand. The whole process took about an hour and I really happy with the level of detail provided throughout the process.Review from Linda M

My Amana clothes washer broke down and the drain pump needed to be replaced. A Tech was dispatched the same day. He arrived earlier than scheduled which was great. I had pulled the stackable drier / washer apart so when he arrived everything was ready to go. Tech's knowledge and experience was great. He identified the problem immediately and even had a universal replacement part in his vehicle. He told me up front labour was going to be $279.00 and the part would be about $100. I thought the labour charge was a little exorbitant. Anyway I agreed and he had it repaired in about 45 minutes. I asked him if he would help me stack the drier and washer and move it back into place. Not an easy job but took about 20 minutes. When I went to pay he charged me an extra $50 for getting the washer and drier back into place. I thought he should have mentioned that before the fact but I would have agreed anyway. So the labour charge for just over an hour and half was $330 before tax which I thought was excessive. However, that was the only negative aspect of my experience.Regards,****Review from Jacqui D

**** my repair technician was on time, efficient, and very knowledgeable while fixing my washing machine. He went the extra mile answering all my questions and ensuring I was comfortable with the process. My laundry room was left clean and he offered helpful tips on maintenance of my machine going forward.Review from Cindy S

Wasnt sure what I was getting into, in the end everything worked out.******* was very helpful, friendly, and kind. The part came in sooner than I expected, 2 days later he was at our place to replace the gasket. We are very happy that ******* was able to replace the part, far better than buying a new washing machine.Thank you to all.Review from Michael P
