      We installed the 4 port ductless Daikin. **** and **** were awesome...they worked 13hrs to make it happen for us! The entire process was smooth...from sizing, pricing to installation. Whisper quiet units. I reached out to almost 10 different AC installers, and most of them were trying to upsell me with the lure of rebates...especially the big brands...some pricing were literally double and the installation was clunky with 2 units required on the outside. **** was clear in what was needed and pricing. Looking forward to long continued support and maintenance with the company. Very satisfied with the service. If anyone is reading this, do know that there is a wait time involved, and its pretty much the same with any AC installer. Some wont even come out for estimation. So plan ahead accordingly. (Will upload photos shortly).Also shout out to ****** for staying on top of all the planning.

      We had our ****** furnace installed by Bakerview a few years back. We recently ran into trouble when a cold snap hit and our furnace died on us. We called Bakerview to service the unit and they were not only unhelpful, but ************* and **** in their dealing with us. We were lectured that had we not missed our service call that we wouldn’t be in the spot we were in. We called in another ****** authorized dealer to fix the furnace. They established that the problem was that Bakerview incorrectly sloped the furnace backwards upon installation. This has led us to be out upwards of $1000 to repair Bakerview’s *********** installation as well asleep of personal items in our crawl space that received water damage also due to the incorrect slope and drainage of the unit. To say that we are displeased would be an understatement.

      *** *** **** ********** furnace was installed by us on November 16, 2016. Despite yearly reminders (phone calls and/or emails) from the period 2017 to date, maintenance of the furnace was not maintained by the *********. The ********* reached out to us on February 2, 2022 and an appointment was scheduled for us to attend at 12:45 PM on February 8th. On February 7th, *** ******** contacted us during the lunch hour and left a voice mail message cancelling the appointment. Therefore, we did not have the have the opportunity to see what was going on with the furnace. It is most probable that due to lack of maintenance, the condensate trap backed up and caused the furnace to go into a default. With regards to improper slope, the ****** furnace can be level and a gas permit was pulled and approved by Technical Safety BC at the time of installation. We are very sorry to hear the ********* suffered any frustration, but we have done our best to be a good service provider and remind them of annual maintenance.
