      We recently purchased a sofa, ****************** from **. His helpful, friendly service was incredible! Product was ready ahead of schedule and delivered on time by 2 diligent gentlemen. I'd highly recommend Jag's Furniture to anyone in the market for locally made, high quality furniture at a competitive price. So happy with our purchase and all of the great service we received.

      I purchased a recliner on Jan. 8 from ************ was so pleased with his service. He was very patient and listened to what I was saying and looking for. We went through several chairs and they were not right due to size, color, fabric etc. When I was ready to give up he found the perfect chair and was able to get it in the color I needed. The price was right and he worked out all the details for me. I felt like he enjoyed finding the right piece for me and my purchase was a good experience. I have bought furniture from Jags before and those pieces are still serving us well, Thank you *** for your service. Sincerely ***********************************

      We were very pleased with the service AJ gave us. He was very polite and gracious and answered all our questions. He knew his products well . Asked us what we were looking for and within no time at all found the item we wanted. ******** was prompt, arrived on time.We thank him so much for his great service and will definitely shop there again.Thank you. *****

      We went in the Langley store to look for a bed, we liked one and wanted to look around, but the sales person, Lucky was very pushy and almost forced us to buy the bed on the spot, which we did.!! We arranged for a delivery almost 4 weeks from the purchase date. After investing almost $2000 on a bed, I was just doing my own research and found a better deal elsewhere, I immediately called up lucky to see if I can cancel the order and all his politeness that he initially demonstrated changed into ********.!! He said all sales were final due to covid! But the bed is not even out for delivery, how is covid impacting the Sale? He then blatantly told me, he can’t do anything, so I asked him to connect me with a manager, he said they don’t have a manager, just the owner.! I requested to speak with the owner, he said he cannot connect me with him.!! I requested for the owners name, he said it is the same as the stores name.!! I asked him if it was “jags furniture and mattress”, he said yes and hung up.!! Pathetic customer service, they do all the sweet talking before the sale after which it’s only their bottom line that matters to them.!! I was just enquiring about the possibility of a cancellation and ***** *** ******* ******** ** *** **** ** ******* *** *********.!!! They will force the sale onto you.!! I am now scared if this review would impact my delivery .!! But plz think twice before investing your hard earned money on their furniture.!! Worst ever experience, I would have given them negative stars if that were an option, * *** *** ******* ** ****** ** **** ** *** ******!!!

      Good furniture but do not get it delivered. Had them here on April 13, 2022 to deliver a bedroom set. Crew brought up all the items from ground floor to top floor where our unit is. Heard a loud thud sound from the elevator area, my husband went out of the apartment to the elevator area and asked if everything was okay, they had everything stacked up against the wall and the floor beside the elevator and they said everything was fine. After that they finished setting up inside the apartment and took all the empty boxes and material out and left. Shortly after they left I went out and saw scratches and a hole in the wall beside the elevator. This was covered up by the stacked items when my husband went out to see where the thud came from so the hole was hidden. This hole was not there before the crew arrived. We contacted the store and were told that the warehouse manager spoke to the drivers and they denied that anything happened and that the damage was not done by them. So this hole in the wall just magically appeared in the time that they were in our building during which a loud thud noise was heard. This company is taking the word of their lying delivery employees rather than a customer who just spent THOUSANDS of dollars at their store. Don't get Delivery from this company or you could be on the hook for damages that they won't take responsibility for.
