      On July 7 2021 we had our new countertops put on, * ***** ******* ** ***** ** *** *******. We saved a long time to do this. We had some problems with the counters such as marking easy and always looking like there are finger prints everywhere. But I just got used to specialty cleaning them everyday. There was quite a bit of settling all along the back splash where they were installed. I recalked that and then had to do it once more. The sink fell and Paragon came and fixed that. On July 12/23 we were having dinner when we heard what sounded like a gun shot. There it was,,,, a 6 in x4 in crack in the quartz. Now Paragon will install another, but we have to pay for a plumber to come in 2 times at ****** each time. And what about the new tile we had put on. They have told us that if there is any damage to the tile or cabinets that we have to pay. ** ***** **** **** **** ** ****** *** ** *** ******* **** * ******** **** *** *******  We really do not need this added stress. What do you recommend. I waited so long for a nice kitchen. It is not my fault this happened. The guy that came to see it, says it has happened to others ,,, many times. When I was buying it I asked all of those questions. The lady told me, I would never have a problem with it.

      They may do okay work, but they were extremely disorganized, *** ******* ******* ***** ****** *** ****** *** **** *** **** *** ****. It was over a month behind, costing me a lot more money than planned. They would just not show up some days, saying they had other jobs to prioritize as mine was taking longer!! Because it was mismanaged! Then, they took another contractor's equipment that was on the construction site, an expensive German vacuum., and hooked their sander to it..breaking it. Then their only excuse was that said I they could use it. False, but even if this were true, do you just use something that is not yours and break it without replacing it? I had to drop everything and hunt down a difficult to find, German Vacuum for the wood contractor out of my pocket in order for him to finish my job. *** *** ** ** ******* *********** ****** ** ****** ** *** ******** ** *** **** ***** ** *****  Paragon admitted to using the expensive vacuum (how could they not, it was full of ** **** dust, blowing up the bag and into the motor, rendering it unusable.) They just said I told them they could use it!!? Let's say that was true, if I lent you my car, you then smash it into a wall and it's not your fault? They sent collections after me for the price of the vacuum I removed from my bill. The collector told me he would not pursue it, but put it on my credit score anyway...no notification so that I could dispute it. Found it 3 years later. Stay away... no integrity. I think they did this to void having any warranty for the 3 projects I had with them. Around $25k worth of work. :(
