    From March 16 to May 20, 2022, I paid VCCT $9916.00. VCCT committed to offer me 15 courses from April 4, 2022 to Feb 24, 2023, mostly on-campus (Registration Form); I have the right “to be treated fairly and respectfully by the institution,” and “to access the institution’s dispute resolution process and to be protected against retaliation for making a complaint” (Student Enrolment Contract, p.3). But from April 28 to July 11, 2022, VCCT recklessly and repeatedly intimidated and retaliated against me when I refused to be silenced when faced unfair and disrespectful treatments. * **************** ********* ***** **** ****** * ** ** ** ***** **** ********* **** **** ******** *** refuse to lie down when being badly mistreated. VCCT manipulated and contravened its policies and processes of Dispute Resolution, Grade Appeal, and Dismissal stated in Student Reference Manual. In addition to written records, I have audio files recorded from May 2 to July 11. VCCT was well aware of all my complaints throughout, orally first and then in writing. At one point it offered a full refund for me to withdraw, but quickly engineered a shamble grade appeal review and dismissal investigation against me. Wrongfully dismissing me via “administrative withdraw” with a partial refund on July 11, VCCT saved $5,000 or so. I did not and will not accept this partial refund. VCCT's extraordinarily reckless attacks wore me down, and I started feeling unwell in the second week of May 2022, and later had a panic attack in class triggered by an instructor. VCCT’s further manipulation and abuse of grade appeal and dismissal policies and processes in June and July traumatized me. I have been suffering the negative effects emotionally, psychologically and physically since. Thus, I seek a full refund of $ 9916.00, plus $22,000.00 compensation by the end of March 2023. Individuals engineered my wrongful dismissal are: Lydia M****, Dale B*****, Pauline O’******, Elmira F****, and Kari-Ann T***.
