Worst experience in a mechanics shop i ever had , took my isuzu there for work and 18 days later not only was the problem not resolved but i gave up and went to 3KCalibrations to fix what Bernhausen couldnt! I would leave NO STARS but cannot on here!

purchased a truck and it had check engine light on. took it to this shop and they did unsatisfactory work. they had valve cover off and did not tighten bolts down. they were not even finger tight. I took a pic and you can see bolts are not seated, let alone torqued. They had the truck 4 days and a weekend. they then told me the truck needed brakes front and rear. I brought truck home and took off the wheels and the brakes were fine. not only are they fine but they are good for another year or so. They told me the brakes and rotors and calipers need replacing. Not only are they fine, but the shop did not even have the wheels off. just liars. they then said my truck needed a cabin air filter. well, that year did not come with one and you can buy a kit ie: filter and door and install one if you like. The shop is just triing to make more work for themselves. Then when I phoned to see if my truck was ready they told me the bill was $958.00 and then told me to hang on for a second. The price shot up to $1735.00. When I get down there the bill was $1556.39 and I was getting a deal. Such a rip-off company that just charges what they feel. The only reason I took it to a shop was because of health issues and I figured they would be able to take care of it. I brought the truck home and had to go over everything they did because of of their incompetence. Never again, and I will spread the word.
