We hired Tracy A*******, from Anderson roofing , to do our roof at ** *** ** ******** *****. Once the roof was done we experienced issues with leaking on the side of the home. Tracy told us to replace the chimney caps as they where in very rough shape . After the forementioned , still leaking . Tracy told us that it is the eaves leaking over the side down the facia and sofit. My friend who is a redseal journeyman told me that the reason why the eaves are overflowing after the job was done was because they didn't clean out the eaves completely . He found Roofing debris in the downspouts . This caused a lot of damage to the kitchen downstairs , as the water made its way down the wall and into the kitchen area. Upon inspecting the job done by Anderson roofing , we noticed that the roofing caps where not done to code. We also noticed that there was a row of shingles missing on the front of the house just before the roof peak. What Anderson roofing did was overlap the roofing caps over the area where the last row of shingles should have been . Upon viewing the entire job , they cut corners on shingles and spread them out to use less of them, is what I was told . ** ****** ** **** *** ****** **** **** **** *** **** * ******* ******* **** ** ********** **** **** In the onset of hiring Tracy A*******, she said that she honors all her work .
