Bo was always very responsive to our texts and calls. He responded to our message right away and we joked that he probably sleeps with his phone under the pillow. He was extremely helpful with the negotiations at the end which made the sale of our house in this tough market relatively stress free.

We first met Bo through a telephone conversation from Red Deer, looking for a realtor in Winnipeg. And, After talking to him and reading his blog.......Having read all about this gentleman, And, talking to him a few more times via telephone.......I Knew this Was the guy we wanted to work with! Guess I have a good judge of character! Bo's qualities of Service, Locality, Trust & Knowledge are Just the beginning. Although it IS the icing on the cake, Bo is much More than that. His patience, understanding, and listening abilities are part of his wonderful personality! He IS a Realtor Like No Other!!! He doesn't just get a listing, and wait and let someone else do the work.
