            For June 02 2021 I hired the movers to move me. Mark had quoted me 598.00 for the move. After I had told him exactly what I had to be moved I had also requested the biggest moving truck he had plus 3 guys to move me. He was sending only 2 guys and if they feel they needed a 3rd guy they will call one in. I had called Mark back a week later and asked again can you please send the biggest truck and 3 guys, he said no. Movers showed up they were to be there for 1 pm and didn't show up until 320 pm very late, small truck and only 2 guys. I was moving from********************************* and Mark was very aware of that still with the quote of 598, they broke a lot of my things, left stuff behind, did not bring items and left an important 1800 solid oak hand carved dove tailed dresser behind. I asked to be accommodated, Mark said no *************************************************************************************************************************** he then charged me 1617.00 instead of the 598

            Our move took place November 25th. The price was the best of our quotes and the most prompt. We were very happy with the service. It was a difficult move. Very heavy furniture that needed to come down 15 stairs. The job was completed within the quoted time, the 2 movers were professional and helpful. A couple of minor scuffs on wood furniture .. but given the difficulty in move I am surprised there were not more! My partner is extremely picky and he was impressed with the service from start to finish. Thank you Popeye's!! * ***** ********* *** ** ******* *** *******
