Lynn's office staff was prompt in sending knowledgeable and courteous techs. They showed up to do the work as promised. Other companies make **** excuses for not showing up. Experienced A+ customer service when I decided to phone Lynn’s. Was looking for someone who I could trust to come out quick and solve my furnace issue with the continuing dropping cold winter temperatures. I spoke with Monica who was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. She was able to get a technician out to my home within 30 minutes. My Hot water tank started leaking from the bottom. I called Lynn's and spoke with a lady named Janette. She explained the cost of repair vs installation. What I would expect from the technician that was coming. I think I had her on the phone for a while and she was very patient. After the Technicians came out and explained what was going on with my hot water tank. I decided to replace.
