I never had a hearing test done before. A friend told me about Hearing life in Humboldt on Jan 5 at time I had wax in my left ear in assumed she would have told me to come back it was removed or have it in that office. She showed me an earring aid and some reason did not recommend others. The one she recommended said receiver in the ear suitable for mild to severe, at the top of their booklet was another one that said mild to severe. When I picked the hearing aid up on Jan 25 it was only then did she tell me that piece could get stuck in the ear. On Jan 29 I had my ear cleaned I showed him a photo of the earring aid so Feb 1 it was returned. I have macular Degeneration happening it would have been very hard dealing with that type.. I feel the reason she pushed that type of hearing aid on me was commission. On Feb 1 my spouse told the gal he use the earring aid all she told him was it has to get send back manufacture. She never said anything about the fact it was not programmed his earring. I am not sure why Saskatchewan hearing life does not use the same company as Manitoba
