            We had our hardwood floor refinished by Eco-Forest and they started peeling within three months. The peeling keeps getting worse and after contacting John he blames it on our house shifting. ***** ******* * ****** ** *** ********** ** ****** ** **** ***** ** *** *** *********. He **** reluctantly *** ******* offered to polish and put another coat of finish but said it will just happen again. After getting the floor inspected by other companies and inspector we have two reports detailing the poor refinishing by Eco-Forest, they said it's not our house it's not our house shifting. We have detailed reports explaining the poor workmanship *********** They said it needs to be redone. What John is offering won't work ***** **** ****** **** ****** One company won't refinish it because there is not enough floor left to sand, another company said they would try but it would be difficult. **** *** **** **** **** *** ************** *** ***** **** *********** ****** *** ***. His website claims the work is free if you are not happy and claim to have a 5 or 10 year transferable warranty.             The actual floors are well done and the look great. They added hardwood and blended with existing. The first issue was the mess. While the baseboards made sense and I had option of removing them or paint them after. But the sloppiness went up the wall paper. There are splash marks two feet up the wall. I cannot paint over the slip marks. It’s wallpaper. When brought to their attention I was told “Hopefully if it’s good quality paper it can gently be picked off with warm water.” The second issue is they left without putting closet doors back on, stated various reasons why not. When asked to return to do so I was told “Now the option is to wait until we do work around there.
