      **** *** ********* The delivery people they have *** *********** *** don't know how to read delivery addresses and then when I got into touch with skip they did nothing to resolve the issue of delivering my order to the wrong place other than credit me back. Meanwhile it's been 2 hours placing my FOOD order. * ** ** ****** *** I get nothing for my trouble. Someone out there is getting a free meal on me and I get nothing back for my trouble ***** **** ** ***** ******** You can't talk to a human about the issues. It's all done through a chat. ****** ****** **** ***** ****** **** ***** They charge way to much for fee's and do nothing to help the customers who do use them. I have been told they will issue a refund to my credit card in 4-5 business days. ** **** *** ** ***** ** **** ****** **** **** *** *** ***** * *** **. I have to give a rating but even a 1 is to much. they deserve no stars at all. I will never order again from skip. Thank you.

      I was told a refund would be issued and then never received it. despite haveing the transcript they are now refusing to refund it.

      Orders food for three people, food delived on time however the food for our guest was missing. I called immediately to skip because I didn’t order from the restaurant I ordered from Skip so I have to go through them for the missing products. Providing me a credit for the one missing meal was lovely except it’s not like the three of us could sit down and eat together so the entire meal was wasted. I asked one rep who immediately disconnected chat, went to a second rep who told me he would only credit the one food item and when I asked for a supervisor, he disconnected the chat then I went to a third rep and asked to speak to a supervisor , and the supervisor interesting enough didn’t have their own name or speech communicator. They spoke through the reps name. In other words, I don’t believe that there was a supervisor speaking to me in anyway just the same rep saying that they were somebody else as it was from their chat ID not anybody else came on the line and told me that the only thing they can do is credit me for the one meal. I tried to explain over and over that we had company over for dinner and it’s not like we could go ahead and eat and leaving that food to sit there and wait another hour for a delivery of the missing it would make no sense. They told me there was nothing more they could do and there was no higher up. I could speak to. Again, it’s not like if I ordered from the restaurant, I could go to the restaurant and say you guys messed up all of this. I need it replaced, my dealings was with Skip and they dealt with the restaurant.

      Absolutely atrocious customer service. I ordered delivery from a restaurant advertising a BOGO promotion and was charged full price. I reached out to inquire and was told the offer was no longer valid and would be removed shortly. When I asked for partial refund (as it was their mistake & I paid higher delivery for this restaurant specifically because of the promo), I was told no as it's not a valid promo anymore. The agent then abruptly ended the chat. I opened another chat to get an email address to express my dismay with how I was spoken to / "hung up" on and was given an email that has yet to respond (it's been 3+ weeks, 2 follow-ups). Opened a third chat to get a different email and the chat was ended before I could even provide an answer to the question asked. With the insane price hikes and hidden charges. **** ******* ** *** ***** *** ********. The last few times I've ordered with skip, it's been an absolute nightmare! There's always something wrong and they do absolutely nothing to fix it, nor do they care. Customer care is completely useless and rude. Absolutely done with this company.

      On two different occasions they refunded my card. Once was in May and one time was in July but still to date I have not received the credit. Today I had such bad experience. I placed order for food and in my email I was notified that some one tried to call me but they could not, one of the item was not available so they cancelled that item. No one called me. When I spoke with customer service I was told I can cancel the order but I will not get any money back and no food. This is the worst customer service ever.

      I had an awful experience with Skip the Dishes that has left me incredibly frustrated. My order arrived late, was cold, and was missing items. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they initially seemed responsive. However, after several follow-ups and endless back-and-forth, they have now informed me that I am no longer eligible for a refund. Their refusal to stand by their service and their lack of resolution is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and use a more reliable delivery service. Skip the Dishes has proven to be a major letdown.

      Some of our food was inedible. I believe the oil was rancid. Anyway Skip would only refund 1/2 the bad food. Bizarre & inadequate.

      Customer Service is ridiculous! You put specific instructions for a driver and they drop the order off on city sidewalk. You have them say no to refunding you for items completely MISSING in an order. You have COLD unsafe food to eat, no refund. They take zero responsibility. **** **** **** ****** **** ** ****** *** ********* So now you put it on a far sidewalk for them? ******** ************ No credits, no refunds. Delivers food ********* because their delivery service took over an hour and half. 3. No communication to resolve the issue after 1 week. 4. Poor communication handling the initial concern. 5. Customer service told **** **** ****. 6. Promised to credit the account never took any action. 7. No accountability. 8. I never received the service I paid for. ****** **** *** ****** ****** ** *** ******* ** ********** ** ****** *** ** ******** **** ** ************* Extremely disappointed.
