    Around a year & 1/2 ago, hundreds of people called, mailed, texted & showed up at our door. All hoping to gain something from our unfortunate situation. We were losing my Mom's house! I told Matt how impossible our situation was, just like I had told the multitude of others.
    The difference? Matt actually said something I hadn't heard from Any of the others. He actually asked how he could help. Here are 6 things that set Matt @ Matco Properties above Anyone Else who inquires about property.
    1st:He genuinely listened, with sincere empathy. 2nd:He was patient, kind & understanding.
    3rd:He has a wealth of knowledge & expertise to resolve complicated situations.
    4th:Matt explained everything to me thoroughly, when Everyone else just wanted to know if they could turn a quick profit from us.5th:Matt told me that even if I didn't do business with him, he wanted to be a helpful resource, if needed.Wow!
    6th:He was Serious! Matt let Me reach out to Him, repeatedly, without expecting gains.No One Else out there will do that for you!
    Over the year & 1/2, Boy did I rely on Matt for help! He genuinely made me feel safe & at ease. He had more expertise than anyone I had encounted & helped me a lot. I knew, in my heart, that if I were ever able to sell my mother's house, I would Only Trust Matt! Eventually, I called Matt, to let him know that our situation was unresolvable.The house was being auctioned in 2 weeks.Matt worked tirelessly, including Christmas eve night.
    Believe it or not, he was able to Stop the Foreclosure! He turned a hopeless situation into money for everyone.
    I'm so thankful we sold to Matco Properties.Matt gave us a fair offer, time to remove precious memories then, let us walk away keeping only what we wanted, leaving behind what we didn't want-hard work, repairs & cleaning.
    Unbelievable!
    The closing was incredibly fast & everyone received checks that day!
    Thank you Matt and Matco Properties for helping save some dignity for my mother's legacy!

The whole process went smoothly and the response to my questions or needs was wonderful. I will be recommending Matco to friends and family. It was a blessing to be introduced to this team for help!

    Just wanted to give a Shout-Out to Corey and Alex at Marco Properties. I called Corey wanting to sell my Rental House because I was done being a landlord. Corey sent Alex out to look at the property, was offered a reasonable amount and it was a fine deal.
    It was a great experience and would definitely recommend. Thank you Corey and Alex.

    Cory was great from the beginning. He worked with me for over two years while I was going through a painful ordeal. I talked to him for probably around 10 hours on the phone during that time not including all our texting as he addressed any questions or concerns I had all the way up to signing the contract where he walked me through a couple more questions I had before signing . He did everything he promised and more before and after the sale including letting a relative stay in the house after it was sold until he had finished packing all of his things. Thanks again Cory. for doing all the things you did for us.
