      I was sold a portable building from this place. It took 6 weeks for them to deliver it. It was delivered damaged. I was told I had a warranty. We filled out all the forms and sent pics to Graceland. After waiting 2 months for repairs we were told there was no warranty. Time to get a lawyer. I wouldn't recommend this **** poor business to anyone.

      I am almost finished with paying for my building. Since Covid started, I have been a little down on my luck. Husband has been sick with health problems. Found out he has 2 large masses on his liver. Been having to deal with doctor appointment’s over 3 hours away and that takes money to go back and forward. I have called to ask for a week extension on my final notice. They denied my request.

      I purchased a Graceland shed in March 2022, Paid cash in full. Shed delivered July, 2022 with damage. Exterior damage corrected. I contacted Graceland Warranty starting in August 2023, that shed was not level. Causing damage to porch and supports. I have corresponded through numerous phone calls and over 30 emails, with photos with Graceland. As of June 15, 2023 this issue was to be finally resolved with Graceland paying through Warranty for the re-level and repairs. I had not heard back as of today, July 11, 2023 so again I called. I was informed today from employee that " I am not going to get into this, you mislead me". I stated no I have not, how?. Employee repeated above and hung up on me.

      Dissatisfied & disappointed. March 10th we visited a Graceland distributor in Lawtey Fl. We sat, picked the building, window placement, colors etc. Then salesman was kind, professional and took our deposit. Went above and beyond the selling points and printed out everything needed in expectation of our new structure. Even gave us time frame if 2-4 weeks availability after it was constructed. After multiple excuses, promises then a final delivery date, after the form email letter that it was taking longer than expected due to supply, logistics yada yada- a delivery date set - 7/10. We got a call on 7/10- they can't find the building! We spent months by ourselves cleaning a heavily wooded lot, tore down an existing dilapidated structure, trash,snakes, the elements- you name it we cleared it. We're senior citizens. How do you lose a 14×32 ft building? Its not a contact lens or fingernail. The delivery driver went out of this way to find where the company said it was left and nothing. The dealer we started at in march had since pulled up stakes and left the area. Their lot was empty too. Please do your homework. No credit check, easy monthly payment etc. If its sounds too good its trouble. Run. Now we're left to start over. Personally, dont respond with your farm apology stating humans make mistakes as an apology and call our professional staff well make it right . That's an insult to my intelligence, and everyone that has made complaints, and I read them all. What a shame.

      The people at corporate lied when I contacted them about my issues I had with a former Contractor. After he did a very poor job building our building. I had to put several hundred dollars and several days reparing his mistakes. When he was ordered to call me, he threatened to come repo the building. Now corporate is saying the same thing. The problem is its on Amy property behind a fence with no access. I also have no trespassing signs up. Not a good idea to try....

      Poor service. Once you buy the building, you're on your own. They refuse to to act on any questions, or problems. If you have damage due to delivery, your problem not theirs. You need building moved? Again, your problem. They are charging me for a move that has yet to be fulfilled I feel like they are just full of confusion and air....no brain cel activity from the bottom up.

      This company hired a crew who repossessed a building that a friend of mine had placed on my property. When they came to get his building they destroyed some metal concrete forms of mine that were not attached to his building. There was a clear path they could have retrieved his building without damaging any property. Instead they destroyed my concrete forms causing severe damage to the building as well and ran over my neighbor's tractor implements while trespassing through his yard. In spite of the damage done they are refusing to take responsibility. I have made multiple attempts to discuss the damages with Graceland. After almost a month the dispatcher, Stephanie M. asked me to forward quotes regarding the damages done. I did sent multiple quotes from different contractors and have heard nothing. I have called repeatedly and have never been able to speak with the store manager. I have documented emails where they admit to their responsibility by accepting quotes that they have not even acknowledged. They asked for photographic proof and quotes and both have been provided. However, they are continuing to refuse to take responsibility. I have no choice but to move forward making this a legal matter.

      Unit damaged during delivery, not fixed yet (2 mos ago), poor construction, I'm a FL certified building contractor and just didn't have time to build this, but they are putting junk out there, cannot recommend this junk. Poor paint, nail guns not adjusted punching holes in siding, just a poor product.

      Buyer Beware! The local dealer did a good job on the building being ordered, but if you have any repairs to be made, be prepared to wait to get them fixed because they hire contractors in the general area of the building location but they are so busy they can't get back with you to schedule a time to come out. The corporate office just seems to pass the buck and says they've sent a messages to the repair people, however they wont give you the number to contact them. I've had to call the corporate office back several times and no one has gotten back to me and they don't seem to care. Paige told me I'll just have to wait and hear back from the contractor. They love to sell the buildings and brag about how great they are, but it makes you wonder why the repair people are so busy fixing them.........

      This company says the G on the building stands for great but I don't agree with that. The G should stand for garbage because that's all your going to deal with if you deal with this company. I purchased a shed from the Leesburg Fla location on 7/5/2021 and it was delivered damaged. The siding was busted by the delivery service and some of it was peeling away. A service order was issued the same day and pictures where sent to Page at the service department and a year later 8/2/22 a repair crew came to repair and fix the problems with the shed. They replaced one of the exterior walls and now I have more damages to the rear wall and the siding is not flush and you can put a key fob in between the siding and the wall. Once again pics where sent to Page and now 2 weeks later I'm being told that the shed needs to be completely empty before they can repair the shed. I informed them that I'm disabled and can't do it that the shed sat for over 6 months completely empty waiting for them to repair it and now that it's being used for the purpose that it was purchased for that the repairs won't be done until I empty it. That if I want I can return the shed and be done with it. Great customer service. Beware you have been warned of the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
