Keep looking I would not recommend this company at all! Bad job crew that was on site didn't know what they where doing we called them to talk with them about the job took forever to call use back. They didn't do what they where told to do After spending $14,000. They walk off the job sead they would be right back they never came bake we called them they never called use back! The next day I called I spock with the owner Kith that wasn't helpful at all! The did damage to are property the wall is split and the base quarter round is cracked and coming out from the wall the floor wood planks where damaged and coming up. The sub floor was never nailed down to the joints! We are now going with a different company. I have pictures of before and after.

We are sorry we did not meet your expectations during the $989 install of a single post and beam. I can assure you our crew with over 15 years of experience knew exactly what they were doing. I am not sure what you mean about calling you back as we answered the phone and spoke with you each of the eleven times you called the morning of the install and when you called the next day. As discussed on the phone, we have offered to remove the post and beam and refund your small deposit or return and adjsut the post if you are not happy with the results.

Would not recommend, very sloppy job done. Takes forever to get anyone to call you back about an issue. They came back out and still didn’t do what we were told they were going to do. We still have the same issues as before even after spending $3,000+. We are now going with a different company to finish the job and pay more money to fix what they were paid to fix to begin with.

We are very sorry we did not meet your expectations Mr. R*****. I was surprised to read your review however. I saw the photos of the two small block walls that we built and they looked very good to me. Per our phone conversation, I understand the crew did not clean up all the dirt in your garage but you told me yourself that you told the crew leader he could clean that up when they returned to finish the job. I am confident they would have cleaned things up before leaving had you not told them to leave it until we returned. When you changed your mind and asked me to send someone out to clean up the garage, I got someone right out to clean it up. I went though all of our phone records and confirmed we called you back the same day every time you asked for a call back. I do admit that two of the times I called you back were late in the evening after I got home and I apologize for that. With the three inches of rainfall, I was very busy at customer's homes and did not get off work until after seven pm several nights. I did call you back after I got home though. You requested we send someone else out to evaluate the water in the crawl space and we sent someone out. At your request we dug a trench in the crawl space to drain the standing water to the sump. We did that additional work at no cost to you. Overall, I think we went above and beyond to satisfy you. If you were not satisfied, all you needed to do was call. I think we demonstrated our willingness to do whatever it takes to satisfy you.

not happy make sure to go over contatract put everything you want done in writing dont go by jasons word he will blow smoke up your need i say it verbal was to coat brick 3 down in area only went 1 cause contract said upto 24 inches so they did not even dig that far

As requested we came back out and coated the wall three blocks down. All you had to do was call and ask.

B-Dry done a great job fixing my drainage problem around the perimeter of my house. Brian and crew were professional and courteous in all aspects of the job. They were thorough going over what the agreed job was to be done. Any questions asked were answered professionally. I appreciate the timely completion of the job and feel like they went beyond. My 82 year old mother was taken advantage of by this company. She hired them to fix a water issue with her garage. It would flood in one corner during heavy rains. After paying B-Dry $3,300 to fix the problem, the next heavy rain the garage flooded again. B-Dry said "not their problem" and would not return to fix the problem. Do not use this company unless you feel like wasting $.

I understand you being upset with the situation, Mr. *******, and apologize that we did not meet the expectations you have. I have to disagree with the statement that we took advantage of your mother, however. Your mother told us that she was getting water in the back corner of the garage. Upon inspection, we found the floor of the garage was below the level of the exterior grade. A water test confirmed that water was entering through the brick facade along the rear and side wall of the garage. We proposed a solution to catch the ground water along the rear and side of the garage. If you read the job plan, you will see that it clearly states "this is not a guarantee against water entering the garage". This disclaimer is on the job plan because we cannot stop all the ways water can enter a garage. When we were called back after the work was completed, we conducted another water test in the area of our work and determined water was no longer entering the garage through the wall. The drainage we installed is working properly and moving the water away from the garage. According to your mother, water is still getting into the garage and we think it is entering through/under the garage door. We think a channel drain across the front of the door will reduce the amount of this water entering the garage but even installing a drain may not stop the water completely. If a blowing rain is hitting the garage door, it is probably going to leak. If a hard rain causes water to pool in the driveway to a level higher than the garage floor, it is probably going to leak. Unfortunately, garage door leaks are not something that we repair. We did not say this was not our problem. We did say what we can and can't do to correct it and were very clear on the limitations of what we can do. I would be happy to meet you at the house and show you that the work we did has effectively stopped the water from leaking through the walls and explain other options that may help reduce the water in the garage. You could also contact some garage door companies to see if they could install better seals on the door and/or replace the door. Again, I apologize that we did not meet your expectations but we have done the work as proposed and it is working as we expected

Alex and his helper were very polite and explained the process of fixing the drainage problem in my cellar. They made me feel confident that they would do a good job. When they were done we went down to the cellar and Alex explained to me how the drainage will work and assured me that if I had any problems or questions they would always be there to help.

Ramjack did a great job, arrived on time finished when they said they would and even upgraded the piers on the garage. They always stand by their work and that is why we have both a Bdry Basement and Garage warranty from them. This is a high quality company with competent employees.
