      On 10/15/22 - Purchased 20Seer HVAC system. - After Install noticed extremely high energy usage (20,000watts). - Wrong indoor unit installed - never validated to be 20Seer system paired together, not actually a 20Seer system per Goodman/Amana - No AHRI certification for the pair/running in Em heat. On 11/12/22 - Indoor unit replaced/AHRI certification provided - Additional Cost $1,451.00 to me for the new indoor unit - High energy usage (17,000watts), left on emergency heat due to thermostat communication issues pending thermostat replacement.  On 11/22/22 - Thermostat replaced - Taken off emergency heat - Additional Cost $91.00 - Reimbursed by Greenwell $50 for emergency heat usage.  - Reimbursed $340 for the original thermostat that was not needed. - Free 1 year A+ membership. $1500 REMC Rebate credit consumed between December 2022/January 2022 for high energy usage from HVAC. - Noticed extremely high energy usage occasionally (20,245watts), confirmed to only happen when external temp dropped below 47 degrees after multiple months of data collection/review. Additional Cost $1243.17 on utility bill (after consuming the $1500 rebate). On 5/16/23 - Goodman Tech/Greenwell review Internal/External units & System setup. - Goodman Tech notices multiple loose wires inside the indoor unit from install. - Goodman Tech notices one loop was not bypassed as required for correct unit setup and removes the loop. - Goodman Tech identifies the system is programmed to turn on heat strips when external temp drops below 52 degrees and confirms this is the cause of high energy usage. - Goodman tech identified Freon is Overcharged - Not corrected, expected to be completed during A+ membership appointment. Company refuses to make things right for the $3895.17 I spent over the quoted price to get a 20seer system that actually works as one. Company has been a massive headache specifically Robert. They will never have my business again. Pathetic customer service and quality of work.

      Greenwell plumbing come out to take care of all my plumbing needs it was a very extensive job . They had to have a lid put on my septic then have it cleaned out then attempt to unclog to where I could use the plumbing again but between the septic and the house the line was broken. It was going to take a little bit for them to be able to get the equipment out here to dig it up so an employee knew how that long and bad we needed the plumbing fixed volunteered to come out and dig it by hand. With a friend who also work there. They came out in the heat sweating and would not stop because that evening a storm was coming in and they wanted to get it repaired before it happened just so we could use our plumbing again. They worked Non-Stop and got so hot that one even got a nosebleed by the end of the day before it stormed. That is over and beyond to me I am a 67 year old woman with a child I adopted. Things like this you don't find very much anywhere anymore. I want to thank them for everything they have done and I want the better Business bureau and everyone know how far this company is willing to go to help someone and how you need and how far their employees will go just to help people. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me

      Absolutely deplorable customer service. Have used them for a couple of jobs and found them to be ok at first until question a price or issue. Chad ******* has just been an arrogant jerk with us and doesn't belong working for the company. I have never had someone treat people the way this guy did and he takes zero ownership for his and his guys work or their words. They don't stand behind their work and will lie every chance you get. Highly suggest you take your business elsewhere!

      We have been customers for years and were very please with Greenwell for years but we have become increasingly disappointed. Poor communication within the company and with plumbers. Poor communication with customers. Every time we call it seems it is a two-week or more process to get things fixed properly and to haul away items, i.e. water heater and water softener. There is always a lame excuse as to why they can't take the items that day which ends up with multiple phone calls to get them back to take them away. In addition, when they installed the new water heater he cut off the usage of the water-powered backup sump pump. Guess what, it rained for days and days. Every time you call there are no notations on file for what transpired. They never show up when they are supposed to even when they notify you when they are on the way. Very poor service and poor customer service in following up.

      Supposed to have a technician show up between 10:00am & 5:00pm I've called twice it's now 7:45pm no one has shown up and no one has called... Don't waste your time with this company cause they will waste your time

      Hired Greenwell to do a small job replacing a 1” plastic elbow on a water pipe entering my house. Was charged 16 hours labor to dig 3’x3’x2’ hole. Next, while working at a neighbor’s house, the plumber backed a large trailer into my wet yard, leaving an 8” deep rut about 10’ long. Greenwell rejected my request that they repair it.

      I've been working with Justin and his wife for SIX months to get my AC repaired. We sweated thru most of the summer and now it's winter, but I wanted fixed before it gets hot again. It started off great, they're friendly and cordial, but then the runaround started. It went from they were having trouble getting the parts to the parts were never ordered by the warranty service. The warranty service insisted they authorized the company to order the parts. Long story short, it's been six months and I'm still waiting. If they were short-handed or too busy, I could have accepted the explanation, but the excuses and unfulfilled promises are maddening! I've lost count of the number of times I've called the GW offices. The warranty co just contacted GW again because I called them to find out what's going on, apparently GW has the parts and will be calling me to schedule the repair. How long have they had the parts? Who knows? Why did I have to call the warranty co to find out the parts are in is a better question.
