It’s the first time I use Tom Drexler and I’m very pleased with the gentleman that came out Tim Downey. Very professional And fix my drain quickly. I will definitely will use them when I am in need.

I am so impressed with all of the security & convenience resources that Tom Drexler has! This is my first use because of a TV deal I saw for cleaning & draining my hot water heater. They are very efficient about confirming appointment ahead time (will not come if you do not answer pre-appointment calls or texts), as well as sending a picture of the technician by text which allows you to track the arrival. Mike was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and taught me a lot - as a senior single woman, I usually get ignored, so I appreciate it. Because my unit had not been drained in over 10 years (my fault), the manufacturer's rec was to not drain, but Mike checked everything out and cleaned the vents underneath. I learned that it's a good idea to do that occasionally. Drexler is now at the top of my call list fro plumbing issues!Tom Drexler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric Response

Awesome tech, we explained the situation what we thought was wrong with our sink, he humbly listened and took it all in, and found out what we thought was wrong wasn’t the problem. He took pictures showing us the issue explained everything in layman terms we gave him the go ahead and ver, very pleased with his work. Tom Drexler is expensive but you can’t beat their warranty or their awesome service and work. Great job overallTom Drexler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric Response

We had a great experience with Drexler today having our water heater replaced by Nick and Stephen! Our water heater was busted and on its last leg… and Nick had it replaced in a matter of hours!
