      Hired these guys to do 2 new construction jobs for me when my regular guy was too busy. Between the 2 jobs they cost me 3 months of time with delays and screwups. Had to make 3 additional trips per house to pass inspection on rough-in alone. After the finish was done, discovered on house they forgot the condensate line. On the other they forgot to cut holes in ductwork in the finished basement, costing more money in repairs and delays. We had more screwups and come backs with their 2 jobs than we had in the previous 25 houses combined with our old (current) hvac company. A year and a half later I’m still dealing with their sub standard work, only now they say it’s out of warranty so I’m on my own. This is the worst sub contractor I have ever hired for anything. Ever

      Lucas always does an amazing job. He took care of my AC 12 years ago and he remembered me when i called again 12 years later. Came to the house and fixed everything that was broken very quickly and cost effectively. Lucas and his team are great guys and do an amazing job every time you call them.

      OCM has been a nightmare to work with. Lucas, the owner, hasn’t even tried to make things right. They installed 2 new units in two separate houses and neither work. I’ve had to hire another company to come out and fix their mistakes. Recently, it was discovered that OCM didn’t even add Freon to one of the systems. So now I have a drywall mess to repair. To be in business for over 10 years, it sure doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing.

      Ms ********* as we have reiterated in the responses to the other reviews left across various sites regarding the same installation: According to the initial proposal, we were waiting for you to have the gas line ran to the attic so we could attach it to the unit. The last line of the proposal you signed before the work began reads "Gas lines and electrical circuits to the vicinity of the new HVAC equipment locations by others." Since the unit was not working without gas, as you told us you cut the gas line to the attic, you informed us you were no longer doing business with us and we were unable to return and finish the installation of that system. Now, you are trying to run the A/C on a system that has not been started up properly or was finished by a different company and are experiencing the issues you mentioned above. Please give our Customer Service department a call at (502) 205-1202 and we would be happy to get your home comfort system operating correctly!

      The gas line was there for 6 months. And the only reason the old line was removed was because you confirmed that installation was complete and system was working properly. Why would I cut a needed gas line? Exactly. Because I was told that the install was completed. On the 3 other properties you installed a new system, everything went fine and those systems are working. But for some reason this install took 8 months and your installers still couldn't get it to turn on properly. Now, after spending even more money to have your mistakes fixed, it's working. Issues including no freon, which messed a lot of drywall up that I had to replace and then have repainted, a burned hole in the condensate line (which messed even more drywall up), AND the gas rail was tightened so much that it bent. All of these issues are installer mistakes and would have been covered under warranty but when an install takes up to a year, a person gets fed up. Don't even get me started on holding costs, etc. I will never work with OCM ever again and it's not the poor job performed, it's because ***** ****** (owner) was more concerned with being right than making it right.
