JNB LLC does not honor their word! I hired JNB Homes LLC to make my bathroom cabinets. They were paid in full upon completion. There is not enough room between the chair and the bottom of the vanity for someone to sit, a child cannot sit under the vanity. Upon installation the balance was paid in full. I have left cell phone messages and text messages, I also went to their show room and spoke with Aaron and Jacob many times. I received a call from Jacob on February 9, 2022, Jacob said he would be out to look at the vanity on Thursday February 17, 2022, no show. February 22, 2022 I sent a text to Jacob February 22, 2022 to reschedule, no response. They were painting a chair for me that I had purchased for the vanity, I sent a test message to Jacob and asked if I could pick it up. I told him I had someone who would finish it for me. I went to pick it up Aaron (his father) said that Jacob had the chair and he was going to bring it to me and look at the cabinet. No show, no call. There are several reviews on their Facebook with the similar issue. Unfortunately, not good on after-care and follow through on their work. I am 77 years old, I would like to be able to use my Vanity before I depart from this life Thank you! Linda L Northcutt 8-6-2022 8-6-2022
