We just hired Cardinal Fence to replace a section of our wood fence that was damaged in the bad storms we had a month ago, and they also installed an iron fence to the perimeter of our yard. They were the only company who were willing to come out the same week I called to request a quote. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were prompt in sending my quote and also in scheduling installation. I will recommend Cardinal Fence to everyone I know.Review from Kathy H

They installed a privacy fence for me the first week in June 2023. They have been out to the house to look at the gate to the back yard five times and it still won’t shut. I called a week ago and they have not responded. Next step is to talk to my attorney. Terrible customer service and workmanship. Do not get them to put your fence up. You will only have problems and will never fix what they messed up to begin with.Review from Annette V.

Philip came out to give me a quote on 2 automatic gate openers. He told me he would get back with me on the estimate in 1 week. After 2 weeks I called the office. He never responded . I called 4 separate times and spoke with Peter who told me would personally follow up to provide the quote. I never heard back from him even after he gave his word he would take care of it. We had a fence installed from Cardinal Fence and the service was great from start to finish. They came and gave us an estimate when they said they would, they kept us informed with the scheduling and gave a call after it was finished. We were impressed with the crew. They were prompt, professional and focused. They asked questions when they needed, making this entire experience easy. We are very pleased with the outcome and for the great service! We could not have been happier with the work and quality of the vinyl fencing Cardinal recommended. Thier price, turnaround time and product were wonderful. Their installers worked really hard and made sure we were happy with the product & installation. I did not hesitate when we wanted to do some addition fencing this month to call them again. I look forward to working with Pete at Cardinal on our new project. I'll promise to review and update my rating as soon as that project is completed.Review from M Robinson

The absolute worst service I have experienced in my life! Stay away from doing business with this company. I requested assistance in repairs that were covered by the manufacture. I called, emailed and texted the owner for months. They would reply but never follow through. A year long process, I contacted the manufacturer directly and they shipped a replacement gate directly to my home. Although I did all of the work, Cardinal Fence scheduled to come and install on 8 occasions and never did! AGAIN, WORST SERVICE IN A LIFE TIME! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAD BUSINESS.Review from R. I have been a customer of Cardinal Fence for a number of years. They've always done a great job and have been competitively priced. I have contracted with them to do two jobs since moving to my new location. They did both perfectly. In fact the first had some warping after installation due to heat exposure. They came out and reinforced the structure to look like new again. The second required hand cutting of new pickets to match and fill in where other pickets had been installed by the previous owner. There was a delay in getting product, but Cardinal stayed with us and eventually closed the project. The finished product looks superb. Thank you, Cardinal Fence.
