I will give 0 stars if possible. I had a timing and cam phaser service bulletin (Ford F150) performed here in Oct '21 . Afterwards , my engine smoked and dripped oil. I gave it several days to clear up thinking it was residual from the work performed . The problem just got worse. I made an appointment to have the vehicle looked at with the shop. John claimed the problems were from a leaking oil dipstick tube and rudely told me that I need to take better care of my vehicle. This is a work truck that I rely on for everyday earning- I drive it pretty gently. The smoking and oil dripping keep getting worse. I now have random warning lights and check engine lights coming on. Sometimes the truck shakes and idles very rough. A month or so goes by and the truck completely fails. I have it towed to a dealer and they tell me that the engine reassembly was done incorrectly and that I need a new engine. The timing chain was incorrectly aligned and is broken in the engine. There is oil all over the place and at least two of the phasers that were supposed to have been repaired aren't even operating. I spent over $6300 with Overley and another $15000 at the dealership to fix what they did. Not to mention lost work time and inconvenience. I gave John the opportunity to fix his mistake with the work and also to compensate me for the damage they did to my vehicle and its resale value. He stated that he isn't going to do anything.
