    In May I purchased a 2019 Dodge Journey Crossroad from Town and Country Ford, A few months later I reached out to my sales rep **** to ask him to find a minivan because this vehicle wasn't roomie enough for my crew. He ignored me for the first call. Second attempt I texted this young man to inquire about assisting me in trading for one of his minivans on the lot. Last message he sent stated he would check with manager (his dad). Never heard anything back from this establishment. Being serious about trading for larger vehicle my son noticed on the bill of sale where my 5000 down was not deducted from the agreed upon sales price of 23,500. Being a 60 year old veteran with limited vision, i feel like i was taken advantage of by around $6000 I would dearly love to have a minivan but this dealership has already showed their true colors once. If I could get my minivan from this dealer at a 6,000 discount after fair market value.

    This place is awful. I purchased a vehicle under the condition that some cosmetic repairs would be made. They wrote it in my contract and everything. When I was leaving with the car I asked when I could drop it off to make the repairs, and was told to call the service center to schedule separately. I bought the car in August, immediately tried to schedule for the repairs with the service center. Couldn’t get an answer. When I finally got someone from that department to answer they told me they were booked for the year and I needed to call them back in January. Eventually I got a call from the store manager and he asked me to email the contract over with the promise of the repairs, however, they do not typically make repairs after 3 months of purchase. Weird, since the service staff gave me a date of 5 months out when I bought the car. I’m still driving my car around with a key mark from the front of the car to the back. Oh. And I found out later the the bumper wasn’t on right when it blew off of my car on a windy day.
