              2/11/23 I went to buy out my lease from them for my Mazda CX-30. I spoke with the sales person and they ran my credit through one service (the other two have a security freeze) they told me my credit was 839. Based on my credit I was told by the sales person (from his bosses) that I would get a rate of about 4.5% with 500 down. I went through the process and everything was done, I was told I wouldn’t have to unlock my other two credit accounts due to the credit being so high. I logged onto my new finance company and my interest rate is listed at 8.09% not the 4.5 that they told me. I contacted the sales person who apologized and said that the % is not what he was told it was going to be and his boss would call me Monday 2/20. I have yet to receive anything from them. My concern and complaint is that they told me one % rate and gave me almost double that. Which I only found once I logged into the new finance website and that no one is contacting me about why or how to fix it. ***** was my sales person

              Unethical, false and misleading advertising. On the Oxmoor Mazda website, there are vehicles advertised as "certified pre-owned" for a certain price. In fact, the vehicles advertised are not "certified pre-owned" and if you want that factory certification and the accompanying warranty coverage, you will be charged $2500 additional for it.
