They over charge, also they will scam you out of your money, they charged me $500 for a transmission diagnostic test on my 2013 ford fusion

I have conducted several transaction with the dealership over the years (3 purchases of vehicles/multiple servicing of the vehicles). I have never had any issues this business (purchases or service). They have always been fair and, on occasions and when they could, went above and beyond what was expected. Just as with any business that deals with multitude of customers day in an day out and knowing that businesses are not perfect, misunderstandings can occur. I cannot imagine this business would ever knowingly promise to deliver on something they could not, especially after years of servicing successfully their customers and the reputation they have built. Again, I want to reiterate I have had nothing but great experiences with them, and should something ever happen one day where I will feel they 'dropped the ball,' I know it will be unintended and that they will do what it takes to right the wrong. This is just the character of the people I have dealt with at this establishment.Review from Campbell A

I made an appointment to drop off my car for service at 1pm on a Tuesday. They said they are working on a few cars so my car wouldn’t be done til Friday. Friday comes around and I call to inquire about the status of my car and they haven’t even looked at it yet. They then said it would be done by the end of the day Monday. Monday 5pm rolls around and I have to call them again and they tell me it’s not going to be ready today. It is now a week later and they say the truck is taking longer than expected but they will be finished before lunch on Wednesday. Currently as I am typing this it is 1:20 pm on Wednesday and I was promised my car back by noon today. I now have to cancel my appointments because I do not have any transportation.
