I have not found a site anywhere that has more of a selection for cheaper. I would wholeheartedly recommend MercadoMagico to anyone. I have not had a problem in the many years I have been buying from them.

I was about to cancel my order due to the reviews of MercadoMagico, but am glad I didn't. My experience was the best. My Items arrived quickly and the prices were the best in the market.

December 8, 2021 I placed an order at MercadoMagico, an online Marketplace, for 3 jars of green maraschino cherries, that were in stock.

December 11th I checked via email on the status since I did not receive any updates. Their reply:
Excluding weekends and holidays, orders typically take 24-48 hours to process. Food items that do not ship by Wed of that week, typically ship the following week. Once your order is shipped you'll receive an email with shipping and tracking information.

A week later on December 17th I called and spoke with an associate, he could not understand why it has not been shipped and would check and expedite my order. I never heard from them or received my order.

December 21, 2021, I sent an email notifying them that unless it is out for delivery to my house that day I no longer need this product. I asked to cancel my order and refund my money to Paypal. Note: I looked online and the items I ordered were in stock.

A cancellation request has been initiated with the warehouse. If there are no issues the cancellation request should complete and you should receive two emails, one from us and one from PayPal with the cancellation and refund information. If there is an issue with the cancellation you should be notified by email of the issue.

December 29, 2021, after not hearing from them, I checked my PayPal account and did not receive reimbursement so I just called PayPal to file a dispute. After hearing my story they mediately refunded my money. I guess they will be in contact with this company

As per the customer's request, a refund was processed on Jun 1, 2021, to AYDT LLC. However, it typically takes 3-5 business days for funds to be returned to the funding source of origin, and in some instam=nces up to 30 days.
