I ordered products from Vitasprings.com on March 4 and never received them. I emailed them on March 27 and have received no response. I also called but they don't answer the phone and sent me back to the website. And the *** tracking system also gives no response. This goes beyond horrible customer service it is THEFT.H & L World Wide, Inc. Response

The item that the customer has ordered is currently out of stock and is on backorder from the manufacturer. We haven't charged the credit card yet, and the order is currently on the waiting list. As soon as the item is back in stock, we will charge the credit card and ship it out to the customer.Review from Sam W

Horrible to deal with. As others have said, they will take your order and delay shipping the items for weeks, then send you FAKE tracking information. Wish I had done some research on this company before ordering, I would have see how bad they are.H & L World Wide, Inc. Response

Incredible...they take the order...bill the customer...delay...delay...delay...lie about product on backorder then in stock then on backorder then in stock...and will ship...but all they do is generate a tracking number and wait for customer to request product...which then never forward to the shipper and eventually to the customer...then lie lie lie and do not refund the purchase...H & L World Wide, Inc. Sorry about the inconvenience. The item which you ordered is trendy. Our inventory throughout within a day after we receive your order. Since we were waiting for the shipment from the manufacturer, we kept your order on the waiting list. Your order was ready to release on 3/28. I'd suggest 0 star if possible. Never again. Company is horrible in communication on order processing. I ordered on Jun 17. Their web claims they ship orders within 5-7 days. After 10 days, Jun 27, I wrote for a status, then wrote again, to demand that cancel and refund my order, since they had not shipped. They refused to cancel my order and refund it, demanding it had shipped. It had not shipped. I demanded a tracking Number. The next day, Jun 28 they told me they had shipped and sent a USPS label which they had just queued into the USPS system, it was only queued in the system and was never actually accepted into the USPS facility. They still claimed it had shipped. On Jul 7th, I checked the shipment status with USPS, it was the same, the label was only queued, and no parcel was ever accepted into the USPS system. I disputed my credit card, and wrote and told them once more to cancel and refund, again. No response. On Jul 8 I saw the parcel was accepted into the USPS system, well after they were informed to cancel and refund the order. No communication was made to me after Jun 28.
I noted their street address is an empty space in a strip mall center in El Monte, Ca, and not even remotely close to the retail shop image the company portrays on their web site.
You're better to purchase thru reputable companies.

Thank you for placing the order from our store. Regarding your order which was placed on 6/17, we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our services. Since you placed multiple items from our store. we transferred items from our East Coast warehouse, which cause us to delay your shipment. As per our store's policy, the order couldn't be canceled once it was released. We checked the USPS system, your shipment had been delivered on 7/12. If you don't wish to keep the order, please refuse the shipment back to us, we will issue a full refund to you once we receive the return. Sorry for your inconvenience again.

"As per our store's policy, the order couldn't be canceled once it was released"... There is NO such policy listed on their web site. There is no policy stating NO Refunds or NO cancelations. The order was NOT in process, it never shipped to me until July 8. I demanded cancellation on Jun 27. However the store claims to get product from other warehouse supplier is on them, not on the customer. I chose to cancel an order that had not shipped within the prescribed amount of time as noted per their web site (their ship time claims it is within 3-5 days). It was well over 10 days, and since they had not yet shipped that cancellation ought to be honored. I have downloaded the sites shipping & return polices on Jul 8th, any changes thereafter will only reflect the store adding to or modifying those polices and terms I purchased under, after the fact, which, again, at the time of my purchase online June 17, 2022, DID NOT exist. Their web site never had any such cancellation policy terms posted, when I purchased online.
You cannot just hold people's payment hostage, when customer demands you to cancel and refund an order 11 days after purchase, and prior to your shipping an order on Jul 7. Now that they finally shipped the order, in order for me to return it for refund I will lose money- it costs me money to ship it back, and I will lose the originally shipping fee I paid, plus get hit with a restock fee. I'd give it Zero Stars if possible. Agree, it's a scam company that sown multiple similarly named URL's. I regretfully ordered a few item on their VitaSprings web site. They also have the same web site under Summerspings.com, and a blog for VitaSprings.com under VitaDiscount.com.
They claimed they had shipped to me, but that was a blatant lie. I demanded they cancel and refund, and they refused, claiming the order was processed and shipped - it was not. Note: Just generating a USPS label is NOT indication that a parcel was actually scanned and accepted into the USPS system. They generated the label from China 9 hours ahead, time frame shows that clearly on USPS web site. But, there is absolutely no scanning at the USPS facility or movement on the tracking number, and I am not surprised. Over 2 weeks.
I have since disputed the charge with my cc company, and reported the company to IC3 for internet fraud.
They claim they are located in El monte Ca, but the state of California has no record of a H & L World Wide, Inc. corporation as registered in California, nor are any of the fake URL / BDA companies registered or listed in El Monte, Ca. Most likely a fake corp company, maybe registered in another state or abroad, claiming to be are registered in California. BTW, abusing the use of "inc" when not a legit registered corporation is federal level fraud. And, I have lodged my complaint accordingly.
Keep complaining folks, and let's get fraudulent companies like this shut down.H & L World Wide, Inc. Response

Thank you for placing the order from VitaSprings.com, we did receive and fulfilled your order which was placed on 6/17. Since you ordered multiple items, we took additional time to transfer the items from the different warehouses. As per our store's policy, once your order was processed, we can't cancel it and issue a refund. The tracking information shows your order was delivered on 7/12, we are sorry about the delay. If you don't wish to keep the order, please return the order back to us, and we will make an exception and issue a full refund to you.Review from Tim L

Avoid at all costs! Horrible customer service. Your order will be delayed for weeks and there's no communication about it. They then will charge you weeks later. I should have checked for scammers before placing the order on their website. 1 star is too nice to this kind of business.Review from Rita C

H & L World Wide, Inc is not a valid company. It took my credit card information and my shipping info that was different from the shipping address, even called to verify the different address. I have called, sent emails but the company did not provide any products that was ordered. It just took my information. I am now changing that credit card in hopes that can not use my private information in the future. The company used Vitasprings Health Products as a front.H & L World Wide, Inc. Response

However, when we process your order, the system shows your credit card was declined, the payment didn't go through. We have contacted you several times to figure this issue, but the transaction always shows declined. Please contact your credit card issuing company to figure out the payment issue. Don't waste your time or money ordering from Vita Springs dot com. They list products on their website as being "In Stock" which actually AREN'T in stock - and not even CLOSE to being in stock (by MONTHS or more!) Both of the two products I ordered were back ordered. After THREE MONTHS on one of them came in (that I no longer needed) but it was too much of a hassle to return it. The other item was STILL out of stock - after three months - so I cancelled it. This company DOESN'T ANSWER ANY OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE LINES and also doesn't reply to all of the emails that become necesary to send because of the backordered items. And lastly, if you ordered enough to qualify for free shipping, THEY'LL CHARGE YOU FOR SHIPPING ANYWAY because the portion they may eventually become able to send will fall below their threshold for free shipping. This was a hassle from start to finish and totally NOT WORTH IT.H & L World Wide, Inc. Response

We didn't receive your cancelation request by phone or email before we shipped out the order. Therefore we were going to ship out your order separately at that time.
