If I could give zero stars I WOULD. Buyers and players beware. Merchandise is a money grab. They don't care about longtime players, the history of the site and it's lore, items you pay money to purchase, they don't stick to their promises of delivery, and 'rewards' for items you DO purchase with real money-especially this last item-the Tarot deck-are WORTHLESS. Save your real life cash for your real life as the current owners (JumpStart Games) have lost all meaning behind the name Neopets, and the integrity that it used to have.Review from Emily D

My long standing account of many years of active playing, tons of money spent, was unfairly frozen for receiving multiple ** gifts from the same person. I have contacted support and they refuse to actually look into my account and deny helping me because of what my account was frozen for instead of looking into the problem with their system flagging, account processing. and the information I've provided, etc. If they can't provide detailed information for why I was frozen, when I did not break any neopets rules, they don't deserve to be in business or label themselves as family friendly. Players should be able to properly repeal their account status regardless of what reason and have their voice heard. This entire experience tells me they don't care about their player base and don't have proper means of researching their own server storage to properly handle issues for accounts.
