Shady as they come!!! Do not give them your credit card!I have never seen such a large company resort to such transactional, scam-ish business practices. I bought two pairs of shorts and somehow along the way signed up for a $65 membership that Ive never used, nor would I ever buy that volume of clothes from this s*** company.Horrible.Review from Robert L

This is the biggest scam. I ordered a pair of pants and sent them back as they didn't fit then I started getting a bill for $59.99 every month. I didn't notice the charge until I had been billed for several months. When I tried to cancel via phone I was told that I was 318th in line and my wait time would be 1 hr 20 minutes. I finally was able to cancel on their chat. I will never buy from this company again and will tell everyone I know about this.Review from John W.

First they sell or advertise discounts/offers just to find out a lot of Strings come attached, Unacceptable. Clothing or products are sub-par. Threads come undone, Buttons fall off less then a week later. Purchased 3 button down shirts less then a few months back and they are all in the trash due to their proof quality.Review from Rosalie R

Terrible company. I ordered over $200 on 08/02/2024 and it is now 08/15/2025 and I have no product. I tracked my product and it has been lost in transit for over a week. I have contacted Fabletics 3x now but I keep getting told I have to wait for my delivery, they will not refund my money or send a new order. How long am I supposed to wait for a package that is lost and has no delivery date?! The absolute worst company to deal with.Review from Sasha I

My recent purchase arrived with the package open and one item missing. For over a week, I have been attempting to obtain authorization to file a claim, reaching out through chat, email, and phone. While ***** is willing to cover the cost of the missing item, I require confirmation from Fabletics that they will not file a claim themselves. As a consumer, I have the right to file a claim when a package arrives in this condition, yet Fabletics has made it exceedingly difficult to exercise this right.Review from Hannah T

******************* As previous customers have stated ******************** makes it super easy to sing up and enroll in VIP credits, however canceling it is near impossible. Not only are the prompts and location to cancel extremely hidden, they force you to talks with an associate who tries charging you more money for additional services.Additionally, it is impossible to get orders delivered. Fabletics warehouses are sloppy when labeling packages and enter new address that differ from a customers confirmation when placing the order. I have never had problems getting packages delivered to my home, but not one single Fabletics or ***** package made it to me. I had to argue with the *********** and Fabletics for weeks for every package that went missing, and they would not refund me my money. Not worth the headache.Review from Sean G

They make it extremely easy to sign up to also extremely difficult to cancel your membership. Subscription is way too expensive and quality of clothes just isnt there.Review from Melaine S

I have been a member since nearly the beginning, and apparently changes occurred to their membership since that time and I have lost hundreds of dollars from this company now! You agree to subscription and are billed monthly and earn credit if you arent needing anything in that month. There is NO email that you are about to loose a credit worth $49.95. I addressed this with them and apparently cannot help me with this!Review from Nicole C

This company is trash when it come to morals!!! TRASH TRASH I cant even believe they have no problem charging you per month ok fine great right because you get the credit on your account but then try to tell me I only have a year to use it?!?! Why??? its my money why cant I use it I want!!! I know Im the dumbass because I didnt know they expired so I was charged umm lets see 4x and all 4 expired thats is sickening!!! 60x4=240 bucks! Fabletics you are trash!!!
