Have called them 3 times to get my $69.99 back as I cancelled on time from their club, which to allow specials at a $69.99 per month cost. Last call, 2/21/24, I was told a supervisor was working on my $69.99 refund. As of today, 2/23/24, no refund. Thats after 3 calls. I am terribly frustrated with Fabletics.Review from Richard E

To start i Realizing they were a subscription **** clothing company, just fab bill every month after buy some items. The money is NON-REFUNDABLE. Realizing this we cancelled the account. They waited several months after cancelling and then charged my account again... I called to ask why they had charged my account and the said..."i do see where you cancelled your account, but with the new year we wanted to see if any of our ex customers would like to come back to us..." What the ment by this is, we wanted to see if you'd notice your money was gone! After calling them they said "As a one time courtesy, i can refund your money" implying they were planning to do this again...Review from Victoria B

Fabletics membership is a scam. I got their membership and at no point of time was I notified that they were going to charge my credit card later for $59.95 for the membership fee. I have to pay a monthly membership fee of almost $60 so that I can get a pair of leggings? When I called them to inquire about it and told them I wanted a refund and to tell them that no one at any point notified me that I was going to be getting charged for this. They didnt even deny that nobody notified me. They didnt really want to refund the money other than giving me store credit, which then forces me to shop and give business back to this shady company. I got really upset and told them that I was gonna call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Only then did they finally tell me that they were going to refund the money. I have not seen the refund yet. Their products **** by the way and cannot compare to some of the other brands that are on the market that are way better quality and at a far better price. Also, their materials are super synthetic and feel odd on your skin. Very dishonest company.Review from Heidi S

Fabletics issued a return without my consent on a large order for Christmas. I placed the order 11.25.23. It arrived in my hometown on ****. The tracking number said it would be delivered on *****. Around noon on *****, I received an email from Fabletics saying my return had been initiated! I never initiated a return. I called them immediately and they said they could try and resend the items but only 4 out of 10 items were in stock! I asked why they couldn't just resend my order and they said the items weren't available. I spent so long on the phone trying to understand how this could happen. They blamed it on the courier. When I said, "Why wouldn't you contact the customer if it was the courier's fault?" They just said sorry. I will never order from them again and warn anyone from doing the same. Those were Christmas gifts for my family.Review from Sara C

Order my first pair and they came damaged . Contact about exchange them and was told no prob do u want the exact same or something else. I said same pair I think.. so while getting a label to send back I try the pair on even tho their damage to see.. decide the heels aren't for me so call about changing the order to another pair no heels . That's not possible I ask them how's it not . Because membership doesn't allow u to .. that's really paying to be vip . Advertises that you may cancel your membership at anytime without penalty. However, when I canceled the $60/month membership, they cancelled my upcoming order without reason. Do not fall for their promos.Review from Linda B

This site is HORRIBLE! The quality is not there, but that's not the biggest issue. The biggest issue are their practices. Not only do you have to remember to skip every month or you'll get charged, but they are liars! One time they promised a 50% off my next purchase if I didn't cancel. It never happened. I kept records. They didn't honor it. Another time, I made a return and they converted my VIP credits to store credit, but I couldn't access said store credit when checking out. I call customer service to ask them to convert it to VIP credits, which they originally were. The first representative said that they can't convert it after being on hold for 30 mins because the system is down. They tell me to call them back. I said "no" because they have lied in the past. I asked to be transferred. I got the same story. I said that I would wait on the phone until the system came back up or they could call me back (he said they couldn't). Guess what?!? He did it within 2 mins of me refusing to get off the phone. Two minutes after telling me that the WHOLE system was down. I really can't wait to spend the stupid credits I have accumulated from forgetting to skip certain months. Their clothes don't even fit. I guess I'm too short because the sleeves are way too long. Their shoes are uncomfortable. I truly dream of the day that I can use up those credits (on something descent) and cancel their subscription. My advice to you, don't do it!!! There are wayyyyy better options out there. Better quality. Better prices. Better business practices!Review from Adrianne K

Ive been a JustFab VIP member for a long time now. I tried to cancel multiple times, but unsuccessfully. Last time I canceled I had to sign up again because I wasnt able to use the credits I had at the sale prices from the website (not being a member). When I first signed up, I was aware I would be charged a specific amount per month (if I didn't "skip" that month) that the company explicitly stated could be used as credit in the EXACT amount charged and that NO money would be lost by signing up for their VIP program. My complaint is based on the fact that they were not honest in the portrayal of their "VIP Program". They currently will not permit me to use the credits, I've been charged on, for items available and listed on their site that are on sale. For example, if an item its now $17 they would use one of my credit for that item (for my credit I paid $49). It does not make any sense at all. In addition, have now imposed an expiration date of my funds to 1 year. I have had quite a few difficult experiences with customer service, shipment issues, and product quality problems that I've overlooked because overall I have enjoyed their selection, but I cannot continue to support this company and will not allow them to steal from me anymore. I reached out to their "24/7" chat and was ignored. I am requesting a full refund of the 5 credits remaining on my account back to the payment method used, (also the $13.79 in store credits) and request that my account be canceled from this date forward with no additional charges. Thank you
