Wish I could give an eighth of a star. And I would only give that because that have good pictures on their site. But I would not recommend this for flower service at all. They couldnt deliver on expected day. The next day I called, spoke to two *********** I received a text about $35 extra or an option of $15 due to the local florist charging that. I asked for the florist name, because its a small town, and he couldnt provide me with that. He then said they would cover $10 if I could pay $5. I said no. Then he says they can cover the whole $15. Like no. Because you shouldve done that in the first place for the inconvenience of 1) a delayed order 2) an increase in price that was not stated at time of purchase. Never again will I be doing this. Now I have to explain to my shorty why she stayed home all day waiting for something that never came.JustFlowers.com Response

I never leave negative reviews but it is September now and I am STILL mad about this one!My order was placed (and confirmed for) delivery on Mother's Day 2024 and was not delivered until THE NEXT DAY, Monday, making it LATE for Mothers Day!! Imagine all of our disappointment and embarrassment that these were not delivered to my mother-in-law on this special day!I was charged nearly $100 for this order, and in addition to it being late, it looked very little like what is pictured on the website and what I ordered. I ordered the Heavenly Purple, specifically for the colors in the arrangement/basket, as blues and purples are her favorite colors. What she received MAYBE had 3 or 4 purple flowers and the rest were shades of pink.When I emailed the company regarding these issues THREE TIMES, I was offered "a partial credit of $7.00 back to your credit card for the inconvenience". I replied with, "your website boasts, very frequently and adamantly, that you deliver on time and even same day!", and "a seven dollar refund is pretty unsatisfactory, Im afraid". Literally no answer and no reply. Terrible customer service and I will NEVER use this company again.JustFlowers.com Response

***************************, we didn't receive your Mother's Day until 1:28 PM on Saturday, the day before Mother's Day. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, ***********, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on the next available day with a note of apology from our company.Review from Peggy M

I ordered flowers for my granddaughters birthday. They were never delivered. I called twice to customer service and they told me they spoke to the florist who said they were delivering them. They lied twice. This morning they said they spoke to her. Shes FIVE! Another lie! Their system of service and communication is a lie. I will never use this service again.JustFlowers.com Response

I do not want to use legal definitions to describe how bad my experience was so Ill just let you decide if its a scam or not. I placed an order online requesting delivery to a decease persons home the day before the funeral. I received two followup calls to verify the details. The following day, at 3:42 pm I received an email that they were unable to locate a florist and that my order will be delivered the following day. I called to express my disappointment and was told Ill be eligible for a $10 refund and that they guaranty the order will be delivered the following day. The following day, at 1:58pm, I received the following message: We are writing to inform you that our preferred florist requires additional $40 to deliver to the recipient's address. Another florist can deliver mixed flowers in a vase and only needs $20.60 more. We will need your permission to charge your credit card as soon as possible to be able to deliver the flowers on time. Please contact us either by email or phone to confirm the complete delivery address so we may process your order promptly. Our customer service representatives are available 24 hours a day for your convenience. We appreciate your business. I called customer service and was informed that a manager is responsible for order. What the manager joined the call I was offered the two options that the text included. I advised the manager that I want the item I ordered, at the price I paid and she said that is not an option. She cancelled my order.The only thing I have to say is that this is shameful. I will never order again from them and if asked, will advise to stay away from them.JustFlowers.com Response

This place is 100% awful. Ordered a memorial wreath on the 8th of the month and paid for it to be delivered on the 15th by 1pm. Called at noon to see where it was and when it would be delivered. They then said it would be delivered NLT 6pm on the 15th. Was called by two local florists at 2pm that said they had been called by these people to see if they would accept the order, which they wouldnt due to they rip people and local florists off. Waited until after 6pm and called them to which they said they had tried to contact me (which I said no you have not cuz I have called 8 different times asking to speak to a supervisor etc about the issues I was experiencing with this company. They then proceeded to say that no florist would accept the order and they could refund me $15. I told them it would be a full refund and that yes when you wait until the day of the delivery at 2pm, that of course none was going to except that order esp. needing it to be delivered 4 hours later. I am completely astonished and done with this company due to if they would do this for a memorial and grieving family then they will to anyone, esp since they had over a week to find a florist instead of waiting until the day of. Absolutely pathetic! The only reason I even gave a star is I had to in order to leave a review.Review from Theresa D

This is the worst company ever to deal with for sending any arrangement to grieving family members. I ordered these last week and they cannot get these arrangements delivered. I will never order from this company again. Nor will I recommend them to anyone.JustFlowers.com Response

Their website said that Saturday delivery was no problem so I filled out all their information and when I hit 'buy' the massive delivery and processing fee was added. Just like the others who got scammed, I had spent so long going through their site and filling everything out that I purchased it anyway. What a mistake! It is now late Monday and they have no idea where the order is or when it will be delivered.JustFlowers.com Response

I ordered ***** in advance to be delivered at my wifes work on a Friday for her birthday. They called me at 4:30 saying they were having trouble filling the order, but they could have it there Saturday. Thats not my wifes birthday and they are not open on Saturdays. They refunded me. I told them never to call me again. Well this year I received a call asking if I wanted to send flowers again. I told them you screwed me last year and I told you not to call me ever again. They have called me 4 more times. This is harassment now.JustFlowers.com Response

The florist they use could not deliver the same day as their website promises but they did not inform me nor did they follow up until I made multiple phone calls. These flowers are for a person close to passing. After the 2nd phone call, there was a promise and apology that it wasn't delivered and it would be the first thing the next morning. First thing in the morning came and went. So after another 2 phone calls, there was an apology that the florist could not deliver so they are now asking another florist and say it'll be delivered by the end of the business day. Zero stars!!!! I did not get the flowers I ordered! They made a cheap bouquet instead of the picture I picked on line. Then gave me $5 back on a $100 order for flowers that might have been worth $45. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!JustFlowers.com Response
