I would give them 0 if I could. I will try to be polite but this is the most disgusting, flat out unethical business I have EVER crossed paths with. I mistakenly signed a lease without looking first at the unit. "I think this is their tactic, telling you people rent sight unseen to get you to hold the unit" I moved into ******************* in ********* ** on 12/22/2023. They gave me the keys after delaying on me twice and the unit still wasn't ready. Within an hour of being there I noticed COCKROACHES. None of the light fixtures were installed, there were leaks in the walls, a tub that didn't work to name a few. This would be pages of issues if I kept going. Clearly distraught, I immediately asked to be let out of the lease. They of course did not want to do the right thing and now I am a prisoner/ in my own "Home". In the 2 months I have been here I still have cockroaches, the tub leaks into the kitchen cabinets so much that the cabinets are now mush, they don't even have rain gutters so when it rains it floods my home, my guest bathroom was not usable for 75% of the time because there was a giant hole in the wall from a separate leak that flooded my downstairs, and I now discovered that there are mice.The Mice have chewed so many holes throughout the kitchen cabinets because its easy since they are falling apart from water damage. I don't even use the cabinets I have to keep my dishes and food in boxes because its so gross. The unit is just trashy, not clean, and is full of cheap repairs. They have clearly put band-aids on everything hoping it holds together until they can trick the next poor family to move in. I'm so mad I can't even deal with it. And I still have 6 more months to live in this bug infested, mice ridden dump while paying almost 3K a month. It's unimaginable.Review from Nasir U

Filed Complaints (4 or more) against a tenant in building with known mental illness (Schizophrenia, BiPolar Disorder, etc) to no avail much was resolved. Appears as though tenants concerns arent being met which has now transpired into a legal matter. The assigned property manager for said location continuously gave the run around providing the substantial information necessary for legal rectification and restraining order procedure. Tenant (Mentally Challenged) most likely isnt on his parents lease agreement, thus having no legal reason or obligation in standing against Paying Tenants but theyve yet to handle the matter and much of my emails were left unresolved until my spouse had to reach out. All my lengthy emails were neither reviewed or taken serious.

This means that although complaints are taken very seriously we must also comply with all laws and regulations when taking action, which may not result in the desired outcome to be as swift as desired. Many times, further action is required, by law through the courts which can be lengthy.
